I have been using Unagi for a while to get to bus stop and home and it has been very convinient and easy helpful for my commute. The customer service is also really great, when i had issues with my scooter they sent the replacement very fast and also easy to send back the problem one.

The scooter is great! It's easy to ride and give me a smooth experience when I use it for commute. The only drawback is that the charger is too big and the charger port is fragile. Overall recommended!

I liked the ride and its easy operation. Just struggle a little bit on a non-smooth road. Speed did not reach the range I’m hoping for, but overall, a great experience for this model.

I love my scooter, only problem is one of my screws fell out and now the bar is just wobbly. Other than that 10/10

Scooters are great, sleek look & ride well. I'm happy with my own personal Unagi scooter. The White Glove Service request was ignored and I didn't have a Unagi to use in Chicago on my weekend vacation. But, I was excited to return home to use my Unagi Scooter.

This is tough. I only have one week of experience with Unagi. I had been looking at their labor day sale for two weeks and reading reviews before committing. They probably should have scrubbed references to getting a second charger for this sale because I didn't get a second charger and I didn't get the idea from nowhere. I think they might need to work on both their reputation and marketing as it did take me two weeks to decide because opinions were polarizing. I have really enjoyed the scooter so far and it breaks in nicely. I ride it at least seven miles a day in each direction for work five times a week. It does feel like a rough ride at first, but I think it takes time for the tires to break in as it gets softer over time. The carbon fiber really matters more for being able to lift it inside. 35lbs is some weight, but many scooters weigh much more. The app has a great design language, but is a bit redundant. I had pushed the idea on their YouTube comments that they should included a credit card sized cheat sheet for the buttons. This should be in the app too. They could put the redundant buttons on a second panel or make them smaller and add the horn frequency slider and trip recorder. I don't use the trip recorder because I can't zoom into the map after it is saved and that's what I really want to do with it. There are sections on my trip I don't like, so I would want to see if there's a bike path I can take to go around. As such, I use Google Maps more often. The app isn't a mess though. It's on the right track and has the right ideas and look, it just needs to be more useful and inside the hidden features, like horn frequency, and have a panel all to the buttons for your particular model. There's stuff missing in the setup that you should know, like you can't turn it on while plugged in. It's normal for the motor not to work when plugged in, but it's weird not being able to see battery level and odometer (or unable to connect to app) while plugged in. It took a YouTube tutorial to learn how long to hold the power button to turn it on. All of this info can fit on a credit card and be in the app and easy to find, but it's not ... so remember I told you this. I think this is all around a good idea that needs polished. I believe the All-Access program should include one of their $30 helmets if they want to go all in on the idea of insurance. They can do an upsell for a helmet with turn signals and automatic breaking, like the Lumos Helmet. Other brands have similar products. They could even do a collaboration to offer the helmets in matching colors to the scooters. This is what they need to do if they want the Unagi to be something fashionable instead of expensive blankets. All around, I say give it a try if you can afford the monthly cost. I got the Voyager new for rent because I knew it would be my primary transportation. I have it capped at 12mph as I wait for my turn signal helmet from Amazon for $85. I will then unlock the 20mph. Be sure to also use your Maps app to look at bike routes as it'll often be a smoother ride for your Unagi eScooter. I would not discourage anyone from trying this All-Access rental program. Read others reviews and know what to expect, but it hasn't been horrible for me. Just slow responses from customer service. Save the contact card they send if you want to skip the AI support bot. They send it twice. Save it to your phone.

I love the scooter. The customer service is atrocious however. It is unacceptable to solely use AI and not have a human to contact. I emailed and tried to get to the bottom of a billing issue to no avail….such a bummer because it really is a lovely scooter and my college daughter really enjoys it.

I recently subscribed to the Unagi scooter membership after testing one out through my partner. It was such a cool experience! The fact that you can rent a scooter without worrying about maintenance, like dealing with broken parts or misaligned tires, is a huge plus. If something does go wrong, you can easily send it back, which is super convenient. My experience with their customer service has been great so far—very responsive and helpful. I just received my own scooter today, and I’m really excited to start using it in my day-to-day activities. I’m looking forward to a smooth ride
