Very poor overall experience
It took ages to deliver, even now I just got the scooter, after a while of riding it ( 3-4 battery bars remaining) even after dual engine is activated, it refuses to go over 10mph, I will definitely tell everyone to stay away from Unagi

Scooter stopped in the middle of the street, going downhill! While the company is replacing it, this was very dangerous, and you need to perform QC and QA as part of your business model if you are going to lease used scooters.

Multiple issues with the initial shipping; There is no customer service phone number and responses to email are slow; the scooter that finally arrived was defective, which created further hassle dealing with their limited customer service.

Scooter was highly damaged when delivered. It is usable, but still. I feel like I wouldn’t spend the monthly amount (I even have a student discount) and I’d just buy a scooter of my own.
