Shoddy company
Shoddy company. I returned two disfunctional scooters now they claim they never received them and sent me to debt collections. I’m fighting a debt collection company over products I never even got to use. UNAGI, YOU KNOW WHO I AM AND I WILL NEVER PAY YOU A DIME. ITS A FRAUDULENT DEBT COLLECTION.

Scam company with shady practices
First off the scooter took 2 and a half weeks to ship, and then I was told my subscription would be $42.00/mo, it went up to $59 after one month without any approval from me. They won't let me cancel, I tried going through their website on both desktop and mobile and they tried charging my card after the scooter had already been sent back for over a month. I had to shut my card off because they keep trying to charge it. 2 months ago I sent them an angry email about canceling, I reached out to customer service they told me my account was canceled, that's how I got the shipping label in the first place. Now nobody will respond to my emails. Don't trust this company!

Overpriced rubbish
Overpriced rubbish. Paid a lot of money for what was supposed to be a quality product. Lots of power but the handle bar snapped off after about 6 months. Took it back to JB HiFi and they sent it to another dodgy company to “have it assessed “. They claim it was not a warranty issue. A 1” sold shaft just breaks off the metal is crystallised and that isn’t faulty manufacturing???? These units are Dangerous someone could be badly injured if they are going at any speed and the handle bar just falls off. Do no buy. You will wish you had never heard of Unagi. Shonky product and lack of spare parts. We were quoted $75 less than the price of a new scooter to repair it.

Evil user experience... even B4 starting the subscription!
I haven't even started my subscription when Unagi emailed me and offered me another free month of subscription. There was also an option to cancel all the way down the email. After reading terrible reviews online as well as to change my mind and buy a good scooter, I tried their AI chatbot that told me to contact cust svc that tells me to use the AI platform!?!?!!? Even if their scooters are excellent, I would not bother with Unagi.

Total scam just ordered tried to cancel…
Total scam just ordered tried to cancel same day the website just continues to load on cancellation page and customer service reroutes you back there repeatedly and now they want a $100 restocking fee in addition to the $55 already charged for my order which isn't even available to ship for weeks

Be careful with this company
Be careful with this company. Their scooters are not good quality which break down a lot, the customer service experience is frustrating and the subscription will more often make you dislike riding a scooter. They will also make you wait for 2 weeks before getting your scooter rental but start charging since day 1. Unethical!

Scam company
Got the voyager through the subscription service and got a bluetooth error. One day I go to turn it on, and the scooter is locked. I contact Unagi and they say they locked the scooter cause I'm behind on my payment this month. I'm like okay. So then I get another email from them and theyre telling me they charged me again after locking me out of the scooter. How are you gonna charge customers for an item they can't even use? Y'all are SCAM ARTISTS. I'm so happy people are starting too see. I hope y'all tank.

Decided to rent monthly and on day 45…
Decided to rent monthly and on day 45 of having it , it displayed an E3 CODE AND NEVER WORKED AGAIN ! . they continuously try to charge the monthly rental fee of $74 for 3 months now and I haven't been able to use it in that amount of time . They WILL NOT ISSUE BILL CREDITS OR REFUNDS on any situation when rent monthly . A BRAND NEW SCOOTER Ridden 1000 FEET PER DAY FOR 44 DAYS on a Smooth surface and then just STOPS !! UNAGI customer service sucks and has not ONCE ASKED ME ABOUT THE PROBLEM OR TRIED TO TROUBLE SHOOT IN ANY WAY . I paid $124 up front and rode for 44 days and they still want $74 for May 2023 , $74 for June 2023, $74 for August 2023 and the scooter hasn't been operable since MAY20,2023!. I HAVE SENT UNAGI 12 EMAILS SINCE MAY 20, 2023 AND NEVER RECEIVED ANYONE ASKING HOW THEY COULD HELP OR RESOLVE THE ISSUES AT HAND . THEY JUST WANT ME TO PAY ALL THIS MONEY BEFORE THEY MAIL ANOTHER SCOOTER
