I particularly am extremely satisfied with customer service, I had issues on several occasions going on 2 years as a unagi rider, both as a subscriber and recently an owner as well, each time I've been met with professionalism in a timely fashion and each matter being resolved. Only complaint I have is I miss the NYC store where I could pop and get immediate assistance, sure hope they reestablish a base again. I do plan on make additional purchases, I do hope they produce some of those vibrant colors on the Voyager model as the predecessor classic...can't wait to see the next models capabilities, I'll be first in line for that one....thanks unagi

Love my scooter! 🛴 Ride it 4 miles back and fourth to work everyday. Turns a 2 hours walk into a 20 min ride !!!!!! It’s not even been 2 weeks and I’ve put 117 miles on it !!!!

I’ve been an Unagi subscriber for 4 YEARS!!! And I have absolutely no complaints.. they’ve always gone above and beyond to tend to any of my issues. Their customer service is just amazing, whether in person or online. If you’re thinking about subscribing/ renting from them, don’t think further. You will NOT regret it. Maybe one of the best companies I’ve ever dealt with, period. Not only for scooter rentals, but in general.

So far so good. Website was super easy to order. Delivery was amazingly fast! Literally on my doorstep in under 48hrs. Product was new with nice packaging, just as advertised. Top Speed for me is 21mph! I highly recommend for anyone looking for a campus cruiser or light commuter. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've had a great experience with my Unagi scooters. I initially ordered a first generation scooter about 2 years ago. I live in a densely populated urban area and I wanted a quicker way to get around without always searching for parking. The scooter shipped promptly and arrived in a box with clear easy to follow instructions and all the tools necessary to assemble it. I was delighted with the acceleration and overall speed of my scooter. It's super fun to ride and really easy to maneuver. Initially the battery life wasn't living up to my expectations, but when I contacted customer service they sent me a replacement scooter, saying my first scooter might have reached the end of its battery life. The new scooter worked much more as I expected. When Unagi released their 2nd Gen scooter I upgraded and really enjoy both the added battery life and the new features like an electronic lock via the app. My only complaint is that the ride is fairly rough due to the solid state tires. Given the trade off of never having a flat tire, it's a minor issue. I've had great experiences with both the scooter itself and Unagi customer service. Highly recommend!
