I ordered $90 worth of vinyls and cd's before their release date from the Weeknd shop, which is a site run by universal music group. I ordered the items to be shipped internationally to my location in Saudi Arabia which means I paid extra for shipping. They used some unknown shipping company called APC which claims they do not have an update or tracking number for my order. I messaged the UMG team responsible and they don't have a tracking number to give me which means they probably faked the tracking number for my order. I have emailed their customer support SEVERAL of times only to get this well scripted answer which isn't true because I messaged them well within the required period of time for them to do something about it. This is a sample of their 'scripted' answer regarding any order any order placed with them, months after not getting anything: Hi there, Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, per our policy, in order to take action on an order, we must be contacted within 90 days of the shipment. According to our records, your orders shipped on 6/1/2020 and 9/1/2020. Due to this, we are unable to assist with this inquiry. Our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience! Feel free to contact us with any additional questions or concerns. ------------------------ This is the biggest bunch of horse s#$%. They try and turn it around on YOU, the customer and make it seem like you are the problem. They might even throw in some fake logistics or tracking links to make their so called 'Claims' more Legitimate but they are filthy crooks and liars. I have messaged them countless of times explaining that I did contact them within their '90 day policy period' and they still turned a deaf ear. So just for laughs here's their sample script if you do in fact message them within their 90 day period ( which is exactly what i recieved in my email ) : Hello M, We're looking into this for you and will be back in touch with an update as soon as possible. We aim to respond to requests within a few business days, but due to a higher than normal volume of inquiries our response may be delayed. We appreciate your patience! In the meantime, feel free to contact us with any additional questions or concerns. Best, Sam + THE WEEKND ---------------- THEY ARE THE BIGGEST BUNCH OF CROOKS AND SCAMMERS. Don't give them a dime of your money. You will never see it again. They tried to act nice by refunding the smallest order I had with them which was a seperate $20 order just so their image looks 'clean'. Honestly the weekend @theweeknd should be ashamed to even associate his name with these A** Holes

They took over 60 days to delver a simple hoodie sweatshirt to my son. We had moved by the time it was delivered and someone else picked up the package. They blamed Fed-EX for the problem. Basically told said to me "sucks to be you". It was a x-mas gift that was delivered in February. It was ordered in November. We never received the overpriced hoodie. True story!

Same as everyone below. Terrible customer service. Enormous and inexplicable delays. Still waiting for something I ordered 5 months ago to ship. Whenever I reach out they reply with the same emails verbatim except the estimated shipping date keeps getting pushed out by 2 months. First it was Jan. Then March. Now May. I ordered in November. I'm so mad and they won't offer to give you a credit or anything. Why do so many artists use this place

I had never seen such unprofessional Companies. 07/2018 200 Emails needed and over 90 days till I got my EMINEM Coachella 2018 & Shady Records T-shirts. Long fight with the Customer Service by Email. Only Copy and paste massages. Tried to work aginst the Contract, the shipping showed at the Order Page UPS International but they wanted to send it out by UPS MAIL Innovations. I got my Order after months & fights by UPS INTERNATIONAL with a WRONG Invoice of Artist Endeavor Troy MI in 2300 Gainsboro street Ferndale MI: 20$ Instead the original price: 72,40$ + tax Waiting till today for an explanation, because the other strange thing was the Warehouse and the Shipping Points. The Warehouse 2300 Gainsboro st was Axson Revocoat a Car Company (advertising signs was at the doors) and the shipping "start" on the Map they sent of my order: I stood in Detroit on 9 Mile Rd/ Woodward Ave in Ferndale in front of a 🌳 and the statue "Drive safely - walk right" !! Thx, for no T-shirts that day UMG during the fight… (No. for EX FH CEO Mike Fiebach in the Philly Police Station is: DC#2018-06-035997) First release Date for the EMINEM "Slim Shady Expanded Edition" Vinyl + Cassette showed March 2019 on the EMINEM Webshop (FameHouse) and February 23. 2019 "coming soon" - advertised in the Eminem IG Video. The Tape was also advertised by Paul Rosenberg on air '12 Days Of Diss-mas' at Shade45 December 25. 2018 - still on YouTube. Fans asked April 26. 2019 on the Eminem Twitter & Instagram Accounts about the missing Vinyl + Cassette of the first SSLP20th Merch release & also by Email - NO REACTION FROM UMG. As I called the Office of UMG Executive VP Michele Anthony and I asked her for the SSLP20th Vinyl + Cassette for his fans she hanged up the Phone June 06. 2019, the selling started in November 2019. The UMG Cyber Security Employee Dwayne Robinson CA blocked me on LinkedIn after texting, he wrote the missing stuff from the Customers & Fans is SPAM. Shopping Jan 04. 2020 Order was shipped with 2 Sticker: EMINEM & Artist Endeavor 2300 Gainsboro Street Ferndale, MI. Postage paied & shipped Jan 07 2020 from Chicago Elk Grove IL. Many Customers complaining on Umusic Support Twitter Account about missing Orders & the MerchTeam. In News Article like "UMG Company Fame House Tried To Scam EMINEM Fan" And in YouTube Videos like: MISSING Ariana Grande Lithographs | Sara Harlee 11.21.2018 Ariana Grande CANCELLED Lithos | Sara Harlee 08.06.2019 VIVENDI in France widely known as the owner of UMG got also UMG Complaint Cases at Better Business Bureau® all online: "Fame House", "Universal Music Group Nashville", "UMG Commercial Service Inc" and "Universal Music Publishing Group" Jody Gerson is CEO as "Universal Music Publishing Group" 2100 Colorado Ave in Santa Monica, CA A music publisher's role is to make deals with songwriters, promote the songs their songwriters compose to musicians and anyone else who may need a song for advertising… I'm not sure if Jody was responsible for my EMINEM "Monster" Keychain shipment Jan 2020. VIVENDI in France also never answered my Emails & Fax. I'll not buy any UMG & Vivendi Stocks in the future, how they had treated me in the past. This would be zero stars if I could this group doesn’t deserve 1 star! I made a 390 dollar and some coin purchase on February 6th I have my invoice from PayPal thankfully. These people have more excuses than a criminal going to jail! I’ve received NO ANWSER from them when I ask where is my stuff? I got something about production delays once and that was it! I’m a huge Gaga fan and was looking forward to all the stuff I ordered The Fame ice blue double disc looks dope and I’m sure it sounds dope but this UMG group are not dope. They are a bunch of dopes. I work 40 plus hours a week and was so looking forward to all the merch I ordered I was even going to have a Gaga themed party and some of what I ordered was gonna make a dope ass party listening to some dope ass music and now it’s all in shambles I have sent well over 20 emails to UMG. I have called the bogus number that is NOT customer care! It’s a long windbag recording that doesn’t pertain to what I ordered! Bait and switch is illegal. I wish I could let Lady Gaga know she wouldn’t be cool with this either. I agree with another post these artists should know what a side show this group puts you through. Worst case of HUA syndrome I have ever had the displeasure to be a part of. Gaga-Chuck this group to the curb, they are irresponsible and cannot handle doing business. They should be out of business. Definitely filing claims with BBB, attorney general and every consumer agency I can find. And take that however you may but BUYER BEWARE this group takes your money and stresses you out. I’m not rich, and 390 dollars is a lot of money to spend but Gaga is worth it to me. These side swiping swindlers should be reprimanded. I am seriously lodging complaints all over the place. I will find one consumer website a day and post DO NOT purchase from UMG! Worst experience ever! If you don’t have the goods don’t put on a website that you do. That is false advertisement and a bait and switch waiting to happen. This group lies but my Pay Pal receipt does not! Everyone complain to the BBB, states attorney general, and consumer websites like this! Put the word out! UMG sucks and are difficult to do business with!! If you are an artist don’t have this group peddle your goods. Your goods be stuck on a shelf in a warehouse and not moving by the time I’m done with this group. Rude people offering no apologies I can’t be having that. If this were a grade it would be an “F”. So long UMG!!!!!

I bought a T-shirt in November and was advised it would ship in 4 days. They kept saying it was delayed in manufacturing and finally shipped in January. They gave a UPS tracking number but UPS never received the item. They then claimed it was lost in transit and offered to replace. Then they said it was out of stock and offered a refund. They never processed the refund and when I escalated the case with PayPal they gave them the same fake tracking number. Stay away!!

Horrible site!!! I pre-ordered a vinyl record back in July. The record released in November. It's almost February now and haven't heard anything from them. I finally emailed them and the only thing they can do is cancel my order?! The record is sold out everywhere now. If I knew, I wouldn't buy it directly from them. How can Universal Music can't even get stock for their own product/music?!

Many disgruntled customers in the merchandise shops who complain on Trustpilot, Twitter and Better Business Bureau about delayed or no delivery of goods. I'm waiting until one of the UMG artists sued the label for damage to its image and misleading advertising. Vivendi wanted to go public in 2022 to reduce the sales debit ... I will not buy any shares there after reading the customer complaints. Ich warte schon bis einer der UMG Künstler das Label verklagt auf Imageschaden und irreführende Werbung. 2022 wollte Vivendi UMG an die Börse bringen um Ihr Sales Debit zu reduzieren... ich werde dort keine Aktien kaufen nach den Kundenbeschwerden.
