Ordered Demi Lovato merchandise May 2021, still no delivery. Contacted them many times and they said they're waiting on stock, asked for a refund but they just said the same thing that theyre waiting for stock. Its been over a year, this is ridiculous.

These are the people responsible for the copyright bots that shut down live streaming performances on the unfounded suspicion that copyrighted music is being broadcast. Get a grip UMG and learn about public domain. Quit interrupting our live streams. Do you shout fire in a crowded theater when there is none? Then keep your hands and your bots away from our work for crying out loud!! Companies like you are the scum of the earth and need complete reform to respect hard-working musicians, or they should be shut down entirely. Shame on you Jody Gerson. Shame on every single member of your leadership.

I should have looked up some info about you first it would have saved me a lot of time ordered the record and paid immediately for 2 months later to hear we are going to refund your money, say yourself this is how you do not do business and then we always reply to email we're sorry you're not satisfied please be patient we'll check it out or send an email you can send your proof of purchase before hearing sorry no record that's the worst service ever

This review is specifically about The Sound Of Vinyl, a site owned and operated by Universal Music. Avoid this company at all costs, they are nothing short of rip off merchants. Ordered from them on the 27th November, an item that was in stock and shipping. Still to receive it. There is no viable way of contacting them at all, the contact sheet on their website never goes through, they have no email address and no contact telephone number. As I said, all told this looks like a dodgy scam company, not one of the largest record labels in the world. Please, do not order from them, support your local shops as even if they can't provide the exclusives that the site says they can, they will at least get you your goods If it was possible to leave negative reviews I would. The sad thing is that they treat us consumers with such contempt they won't even read these reviews or act upon them As i said before... AVOID AT ALL COSTS

How do you give ZERO stars because this is by far the WORST company ever. Why are they even allowed to exist, where's the BBB (Better Business Bureau)??? And looking at other reviews, I'm not alone. Ordered something through the Billie Eilish store in early November. Said merchandise would ship around Dec. 10. It's been a week, I've emailed asking when it will be shipped with zero response from anyone. How is this company not shut down from the extremely poor ratings, complaints, reviews?! Outrageous. Worst. Company. Ever. Shut them down, please.
