After reading all the negative reviews…
After reading all the negative reviews I was very skeptical to buy from UMG Africa. Well,I made my first purchase and had a very pleasant experience. Excellent service, super fast shipping and very fast response from UMG. I will recommend buying from UMG Africa. Thank you very much

Responsive and on time
I feel terrible that so many had such a bad experience as my experience was the exact opposite. I ordered Billie Eilish merchandise in early December. I was a little nervous when it seemed my order was not shipping quickly enough, then I read the reviews here and started to panic. I emailed customer service and they responded very quickly and assured me my order would be on time. I received it today, right on time. I will definitely order from them again.
