I preordered ABBA’s album in September and it was shipped at the start of November, when it still hadn’t arrived last week I sent them an email and I still have no response, not surprised anymore after reading other reviews, very disappointing

This is one of the absolute worst companies that I've ever dealt with in my lifetime. Unfortunately, I presently have multiple orders (through different websites) with them and not one transaction has gone smoothly, nor has been completed. They wait WEEKS before shipping your order, they don't respond to emails, and won't inform you of the status of your order. It's actually incredible how bad UMG is. I will NEVER use this company again.

I have never had an issue until this month. I purchased from the US Taylor Swift store and was told my order would be dispatched within a few business days. Two weeks later, I discovered my order was still showing as unfulfilled so I emailed again and they told me my order was actually a ‘pre-order’ and would not be dispatched until January 10th. I have since sent numerous emails which they are ignoring so I’ve had to open a case with PayPal which they will probably still ignore. I just want a refund as I have since had to purchase my items from the UK store which has great communications. Aside from the terrible customer service, I know several people who haven’t received their orders for months after purchase, Awful all around!

Bought merch from multiple artists on different times and I always had to email customer service asking about my order because each time my order was delayed multiple months and they never gave me any information about that. They suck

I had pre-ordered a music box that finally got shipped in mid-August. I was missing the digital download code, as they had forgot to put it inside the box. When I emailed customer support, it took 2 days to get a response. When my case was opened, it has been without updates. I even asked if I could receive a refund, but I have been given the same pre-written message stating that I had to be patient and that updates would be sent when there were any to report... on the same case... taking over 9 days and counting. All for a simple piece of paper that was missing in my order (which is on them!). It's incredibly unprofessional; I'm lucky to even get a response at this point. I don't expect to get the requested code, but I don't think they'll give me the kindness of a refund. Don't shop here, if you can.

They partially shipped my order many months after ordering. Then when I inquired about the shirt that was not shipped they said it was past the time limit for complaints. So I paid for a shirt they never shipped and they basically are telling me oh well, get lost. Will never shop here again.

Never sent me the product I ordered OVER A YEAR AGO. After waiting months, they sent me a message saying ‘Sorry, it is no longer available’. However, they are not refunding my money. They keep transferring me to different ‘customer service’ reps and sending me in circles. Absolutely horrible company.

WHERE DO I BEGIN OH MY GOD. I feel bad for Selena Gomez and any fan who had to experience this customer support. First off, orders will take very long so strap in because it will be a month ride off a rollercoaster. Secondly, PLEASE examine your product entirely when receiving because clearly for many years now, they have never taken it seriously to make sure the product is not damaged. THIRD, when requesting refund, They will take some of your money no matter what excuse they can possibly come up with. This is by far, EASILY, the worst experience any human being can encounter. If you want their stuff, don't bother. Get an ice cream and call it a day. Thanks for taking time to understand how unprofessional this company is. I don't have to be the only reviewer to help you understand, just scroll down. YIKES. Some positives, is that they are kind enough to respond fairly... Doesn't say much. One day, don't worry.. this company will fall because nothing last forever.
