Ultra SabersReviews of ultrasabers.com

Ordered an initiate v4 with a blazing red blade, and was really excited because it would be the first lightsaber I'd ever own. Got to reading some of the reviews on here and started panicking over whether it would arrive and how long I had to wait and all that. I ordered it on the 17th of september and it arrived on the 26th, I couldn't be more happy with the quality of the product and the timely manor in which it was delivered to me. I'll definitely be buying from ultrasabers again!

Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish! Do not waste your money ordering from this company the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I wish i had read the reviews on here before ordering and saved myself a lot of bother. I ordered a lightsabre for my son at the beginning of May and after 7 weeks contacted them to ask for an update on my order as it just showed as processing. After hearing nothing for a further 2 weeks I raised a claim with my credit company. After a further 10 weeks Ultrasabers contacted me to say that during an audit they had noticed there had been a delay on my order due to missing parts and I could either wait another 11-13 weeks for it or change my order. I declined both options and asked for a refund as my son only wanted the one we had originally ordered but I wasn't prepared to wait another 3 months as I felt 7 months was an unacceptable length of time to wait. It was at this point that I was told I would be charged a 20% restocking fee for cancelling my order. I felt this was completely unnaceptable as i ordered a product in good faith that was stated as being in stock and was only cancelling it as they were unable to fulfil the order without expecting me to wait 7 months for it!! After several heated email exchanges they refunded me the amount minus the 20% and have not responded to any of my emails since. I am certain they would not have responded at all had I not asked my credit card company to investigate.

I bought a lightsaber from them 4 months ago and counting. There was no confirmation email. I checked the website weekly to see if my saber had been processed and sure enough it hadn't. I emailed them twice with no response. I called them twice with no response. Their customer service is beyond apalling. It's outrageous, it's unfair. I'm leaving a review so others won't waste their money on an item that's worth too much money.

The saber seemed well made. A metal piece fell off. I repaired with clear glue. I purchased rechargeable batteries. They sent one time use batteries. Not one to be hung up on small things, I messaged their support. No response after months. I bought the same batteries they sent from a vendor online. The light has begun a slight flicker with no sparring done.

Ordered a €75 mystery box it came after 2 months. It was an aeon V3 av switch guardian blue. Nice.

Ok so I ordered the Dominix V5 right? They email me saying that my order is out of stock and it had been 4 MONTHS. Then they finally responded. I was then able to change my order. Once they respond to you you can email them back and they will answer in a day or too. Overall it was a long but worthwhile wait.

We didn't get it we are getting a full refund as they haven't even started making it yet.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Been waiting on our saber for about 8 weeks now. We were told it would ship in 4 weeks. Terrible company. Buyer beware.
