So we order 2 lightsabers. Website is nicely layed out and there is a wide variety of hilts, blade colours etc. so far so good. Now, 6 months later, we're still being told that we'll have to wait for them to restock. I mean, can happen. So we try to cancel the order like anyone else would and it turns out we have to pay 20% for "restocking", which is about a hundred quid for us. Conclusion: unable to be arsed to be revisiting them. out of fear, that they either just wouldn't send me what I ordered, or that they are going to nick my money.

Ordered a Dominix LE V5 with premium sound. My order arrived in 3 weeks and everything works great. I've read other reviews that their orders took several months with zero customer service response. Thankfully that wasn't the case for me. I even placed a 2nd order for an Azure Fallen and a mystery box saber with sound, today I received a detailed email that a part for my Azure Fallen wasn't in stock at the moment, but that the part would arrive in a few days and to keep an eye on my email for tracking info in about 2 weeks. If the saber ships when they say, that'll be about 4 weeks from the time I placed my order, honestly not that bad considering most saber shops have a 12 week minimum lead time at the moment, also was grateful to their customer service for reaching out with an update.

If you're willing to wait 3 literal months for a light saber, then do it. They're good quality. Don't expect any updates on your order, you'll get a random email that your order is on it's way. Don't plan on moving within that time like we did cause you'll have a nice run around with the post office and the current owners of where you moved from :,D

My experience: I purchased 2 sabers and sent emails because I had questions about them. Waited 3 months with no response to any of my 4 emails. The order status on the webpage remained as "Processing" for the entire 3 months. Requested to cancel the order but they wouldn't respond so I had to reach out to my bank to get a refund. Still never received responses to any of my other messages 7 months later. Advice to Buyers: Here's the thing about Ultrasabers, if you do manage to get a saber then awesome. Unfortunately, if there are problems with delivery or a part breaks, you're out of luck and they won't care one bit.

Brutal the saber broke on arrival and one after 2 months of sitting in the corner of my room.. unexplainable... no support.. avoid this company like the plague.

Received a damage and poorly crafted order over three months ago and I'm still waiting on their awful customer service to correct it. I hear from them about once a week and it's always some excuse as to why they're still dragging their feet. Avoid this company like the plague.

This company is the reason that review sites need to start offering zero stars as an option. They are simply crooks who steal your Money and never send merchandise or respond to queries.

I purchased an ultrasaber last year and the product seemed ok. However since it was shipped after the guaranteed 3 week time window I was sent a coupon code for 20 percent off my next purchase. So last week I attempted to use the coupon. It said invalid. 3 emails later and 2 phone calls I finally recieved a reply from them by email. After several back and forth and a new 20 percent coupon sent to me, which also did not work they basically said it was my fault the code didn't work and did not give a solution to allow the coupon to work. They then stopped responding to my email asking them to give me a solution. This is very poor customer service. Also the 10 percent off code on the internet does not apply either. So the fact that no coupon code works is fraudulent advertising in my opinion. I have instead for about the same price ordered a new saber from amazon, about 80 dollars.
