Dear Customer, We are very sorry for the inconvenience. Due to the shortage of Photon E-ALR Projection Screen in Canada, we have had to update the inventory several times. We did not ignore your order. We understand that you want to ship from the United States, but we have repeatedly explained that we cannot ship to Canada across borders. We have provided you with alternatives via email, including replacement products or refunds. Please check and reply in time so that we can process it for you as soon as possible. Thank you again for your understanding and patience. Best regards, ULTIMEA Customer Service
