AWFUL. my speakers were delivered to the wrong address and no one will talk to me give me a refund or send me another. IT'S AN AWFUL AND DISRESPECTFUL WAY OF DOING 'BUSINESS', YOU'VE BASICALLY TAKEN MY MONEY THAT'S IT.

I have 3 Mega-something speakers. One that is about 5 years old now, I believe the first Megaboom, then 2 other MegaBoom 3's which are about a year old. One of the Megaboom 3's started playing up, the Bluetooth on it was intermittent, so I spoke to the support people who ran me through a full set of things (turn it on an off, restore to factory settings etc.) after which, as nothing helped, they replaced the unit. Got to say, the speakers are awesome, fact they're waterproof allows me to have a party every time I have a shower. Not sure if my flat mates enjoy it as much as I do, but hey. Battery life on my first Megaboom (the 5 year old one) is still holding up a solid 8h of playing, which is surprising seeing as I have been using it a tonne over the last years. You normally expect the battery to start dying after a while, but this one hasn't done so noticeably. Especially seeing as the speaker now looks like it has been used for hammering nails. (TBF it probably has been). It's a little battle worn but still works a treat. So - in terms of product - spot on. Pass the test of quality and the test of time. Customer service - also on point, which is great to see nowadays. Will definitely be buying more in the future. MS

I just purchased the Boom 3 and am very pleased with it, the sound is great for a portable speaker and is solid and looks good.
