Uline is Completely racist. If you buy their products, you’re saying that you don’t believe people should be treated equally. Please google boycott uline if you are in disbelief. The NY Times has an easy to read article about this.

Uline had some perfectly sized shipping boxes and despite the negative reviews, I decided to take a chance on their products and service. I had a shipping confirmation within maybe an hour, two at the most and the hand off to UPS happened the very next morning. Boxes arrived in an extremely timely fashion and they're very well constructed, I have no doubts to their durability. I'll be coming back for all of my shipping material needs. I just wanted to take a moment to say how much I appreciate Uline from A-Z. I ordered my new L-shaped, stand-up desk on Thursday around 4pm. It was delivered to my home on Friday at 11:00am the next day. I already had my handyman scheduled to come put it together on Saturday. Few hours and it is complete! There were no missing parts, no damage, exactly what I ordered. Life is GOOD! Thank you, Uline, for truly awesome service. It took me less than 15-minutes to order this via phone with a real person. Have tried to order the same package from them twice and both times did not receive the package. I specifically instructed them to deliver to the front office of my apartment complex and they "said" it was delivered and had a signature on file however they couldn't see who signed for it or confirm where it was dropped off. Extremely frustrated with this company and their choice of shipping company to use as they are clearly unreliable and have continuously had this problem in the past from the other comments I'm seeing here. Save your money and your time it is not worth it.

Uline themselves are great and have excellent products but they use UPS who suck BIG TIME. They have crappy service, are almost never on time, have lost or damaged my packages several times.

I do not agree with Uline's philosophy, during the COVID-19 crisis, when the company held certain critical products back for re-orders from customers who had ordered those items previously, refusing to sell these items to people who had never ordered them before. ... I do not understand why the company did not follow the first-come-first-serve practice, probably afraid of loosing big orders, I suppose, but this seems unethical and discriminatory, nonetheless. That being said, I was pleased with the arrangement that the company did provide me. The Uline brand of Deluxe toilet paper is of very good quality, in my opinion, although, unless you order in large enough quantities to avoid the shipping charge, you likely will be overpaying, as a small-time buyer. If price is no object, however, then I would recommend this brand. Uline is more suited to large-quantity customers, and, for these customers, a huge variety of good products awaits them, at a reasonable price, ... again, if your order is large enough to justify the shipping or eliminate it.
