UlineReviews of uline.com

Ordered 5 sets of the outdoor crowd control posts with retractable ribbon item # H-11328. Quite expensive at 385.00 each but thought Uline had good products, surely they will stand by them. Didn't get 6 months of service before they started poor performance and breaking apart. Called Uline for replacement parts and the best they could do was a special order for replacement cartridge heads at 124.00 each and a refund of the shipping. very disappointed in the quality, customer service was more responsive after a previous review. These are not durable enough for long term outdoor use, won't standup to wind, rain or snow/cold and locking mechanisms will not stay locked. Internal fasteners are cheap steal and rust easily with moisture, making it difficult to replace a cartridge. Almost 2000.00 purchase turned out to be a bust for our Church.

I love the products and prices. But they shiped me a big box of styrofoam peanuts. They are hard to contain and not biodegradable. I thought I had them well contained but the wind blew the box and now I have about a thousand Styrofoam peanuts in my yard mixed in with piles of dried oak leaves so I am unable to get them up!!! So hello Styrofoam forever in my yard and pond!!! I will never order from Uline again!

Prices seem competitive, until you see the quality. Customer service is frustrating. Multiple orders have arrived damaged, without the correct parts, and multiple things have broken with regular use. Warranties are so short for metal items, why? 30 days? lol. So they know they will fail quickly?!?!

U-line finds it challenging to remove a customer from their mailing lists; e-mails, catalogues, flyers, spam of all kinds. They don't want to remove you and think overwhelming you with their spam will have a positive effect. Took a full year to get U-line to cease and desist contacting us. And now, at the time of this writing, U-line assumes we Canadians need them to supply an explanation on our history as it applies to corporations. in particular American corporations. Thanks U-line. You have a way of insulting an entire country rivalled only by trump.

I was happy with the products I purchased from ULINE until I purchased a paper cutter. This would have been an excellent tool to have however, after spending almost $100 it does not cut the paper. All it serves is a paper holder which I did NOT need. I still need to use scissors to cut the paper! I also paid shipping on this product. I did reach out to ULINE with no response. Would not recommend this company simply because the customer service is lacking. Don’t expect to reach someone if you have an issue with a product.

We purchased an adjustable table and several storage cabinets from ULINE. Initially, the availability of spare parts seemed like a thoughtful touch—until we realized it’s part of a frustrating cycle. The products themselves are overpriced and poorly designed, prone to damage or falling apart far too quickly. And when they inevitably do, you're left paying even more for replacement parts that feel just as inflated in price. Disappointing quality wrapped in a clever sales strategy.

They have the best boxes. However I am having to change my password every time I log in. Very frustrating. Enough to keep me away.

So I've been using U line boxes for years now and the quality is ok. The last couple years, I've seen the quality slip a fair bit. But on top of that, I've been getting a ton of upcharges from all my major couriers I use and I can't figure out why. I write down the size of the box that printed on the box and I always upsize the weight to the next highest pound.. I just found out that the printed size on U lines boxes are internal sizes.. Can someone please ask U line why you would print the internal size on the box when ALL couriers and shippers use the outside dimensions when they scan and measure them!!!! Now I've got to find a new box supplier that does it correctly!!
