Our postal workers have enough to do these days without delivering unwanted catalogs 3 or 4 times a year. Like other reviewers. Get me off your mailing list!! If thisis your marketing strategy it's not very effective. Signed, A Customer No More.

I ordered the first time 6 years ago and now I keep receiving their useless catalogue probably for a lifetime. To shoulder the cost, they have a markup of at least 100% on all shipping fees (probably even more). Pricing is already ridiculous in general, but shipping fees takes the biscuit! The cheapest shipping for a bundle of cardboard bins was 66 CAD with Purolator. So I ordered from Globalindustrial.ca for a 15% lower price and only 23 CAD for 1-Day delivery with UPS.

Usually have no issues with this company. I coordinate two worksites. I have lockers in both. The first site has uniform lockers and Master combination locks. The Master locks are well made and I have a decent number of operator keys for them. Every lock opens smoothly with or without the key. No two locks have the same combination. My other site has Uline lockers and combination locks. The lockers are not terrible but they did not put their name plate in the same place on each locker. This would give an uneven look depending on the number plates you use. I cannot even use their number plates. We have nearly 200 lockers and they only have numbers 1 - 100. So I had to use a label maker. The locks themselves are sticky to various degrees. Either the cutting die was dull or they had problems stamping the back plate on. The result was many locks having a jagged edge on the back. Unlike my Master locks, my Uline locks have 9 sets of double serial numbers and combinations. With 190 locks I got one master key randomly stuffed into a random lock package. I had to fix the key before I could even use it. The cast had a feather edge that made the tip too thick. I had to file it down before it would even fit into the lock. The locks felt cheap in comparison to Master. This would be tolerable if this was a cheaper option, it wasn't. I have 3 other sites coming online within the next 18 months. We will have to explore our options when it comes to lockers and locks for these sites.

I am shocked by the negative reviews. My company orders from Uline a LOT, and I have never had a bad experience with them. If there are problems (like a missing part from something), they bend over backwards to fix the problem. Most orders get here overnight, and if it's not something they have in stock out of their normal warehouse for your area, they give you options from other warehouses. Uline is a GREAT company that stocks a HUGE selection of items! If you don't want catalogs, just tell them not to include a catalog. (Oh, and the people crying about not being able to order certain items if they don't have a history of ordering them? They apparently don't understand that due to the pandemic, there are worldwide shortages on certain items and that it is COMMON PRACTICE for companies to give priority to people with an order history over people who are just getting on the bandwagon now. It's petty, selfish, shortsighted and meanspirited to try to punish anyone for this.)

UPS did not deliver half of the package. It was very embarrassing because I did not see it before some weeks as I stored the package. After contacting ULINE and explaining the problem, they sent me right away a new set of the missing package free of charge, and I received it 4 days later. They surely have a lot of problems with UPS who is a dysfunctional company, but they had very efficient customer service. They should change their freight partner IMO.
