Made an order on 1 pressure washer On their website I seen 2 pressure washers..Seen the order on their website that wasn't processed so I emailed them to cancel the order. Garbage. I placed an order. They had the wrong address on their end (I have prefill settings on my laptop I know what address was entered). So UPS indicated they cannot deliver and needed and update. I emailed unline telling them to reach out to UPS. They said they would. Two days later I saw on the tracking that UPS was returning because of wrong address. I let Uline know that they cost me time and money and to cancel my order. They made zero attempts to keep me as a customer or make the situation right. If you can find a competitor to Uline that supplies what you need even at a slightly higher price I recommend going with the competition.

Incredibly unreliable. Cannot handle scale.

This company will not allow even existing customers to order certain items like masks, disinfectant, etc. unless you've ordered them before. Total BS. They actually have 3m n95 masks but I cannot buy them even though people in my household are at increased risk from the virus.

I tried to place an order a few weeks a ago and was told because it's under 300.00 CAD dollars there will be a 25.00 dollar Pick up charge... REALLY >>>?????? Meanwhile you send me 50.00 $ worth of catalogues per year and once in awhile free shipping !!!!. How and why does this sit well with you. Imagine the "privilege to sell" and charge for pick up!!! Unheard of and yes I am PISSED!!!!!!!! ps.... your competitor match the bankers box price and i picked up FREE OF CHARGE!!!

Awful company. Been ordering for years for them. Now I want to order disinfectant for my salon and they said you can’t u less you’ve already ordered THAT item before. What kind of garbage is that??? We have been a client for years. I won’t be giving them my money anymore.

I love ordering from uline! They make my repeat order so easy, as they are efficient and helpful. In the beginning, they sent me a couple samples for free to try for my product so I could find the best fit. As an artist, I ship pastel portraits which are very delicate, and have never had a problem since using uline boxes!

I recently ordered 12 cans of cleaner advertising at $49/12 cans...and another $20 shipping, and $9.00 in sales tax! To my complete HORROR, not only did ULINE NOT deliver to my shipping address, instead, shipped my package to a UPS office, but they sent only 1 can...for $79.00!!!!! Also, UPS came to my house and left a card...why not leave my flippin package???This is complete BS and now they want me to pay more shipping to send this can of cleaner back to them. And because they use UPS, and they misadvertise I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!
