We have been a Uline customer for the last 13 years purchasing a variety of products, mostly packaging supplies. Recently we tried to purchase some paper towels and toilet paper and were told that they will not supply them since we haven't bought those exact items before even though we have been a loyal customer. We will never work with them again since they would like loyalty but don't show any.

Ordered 10 Gamma Seal lids. They are very expensive for just bucket lids. No worries as I need them; however, they all arrived covered in a disgusting slippery petroleum-smelling lubricant. This was a major issue as the buckets were being used for food-safe materials. Customer Service exclusively blamed UPS. It's very important you closely review what you ordered immediately as Uline has major quality control issues.

I have tried numerous times to get off Uline catalog list. When I call Uline, I am hung up on (called numerous times) When I fax Uline a request the next catalog just comes with a different name variation. Even noticed a better business complaint against Uline from a catalog recipient asking to be removed. Buy local or choose a supply company that will let you opt out of wasteful mailing and catalogs. I can't save myself but I can save others!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love that Uline has almost everything I want and that their customers service people are pleasant. I don't even mind that Uline prices are usually slightly higher than many other suppliers. I just hate the fact that Uline uses UPS shipping as a MASSIVE profit center, and then has their sales representatives indicate that they charge exactly what UPS charges them for the shipping. If that is true, then UPS charges Uline significantly higher prices than they charge my tiny company. I ship UPS about once every two weeks. Uline ships thousands of packages daily using UPS. Who in their right mind would believe that Uline doesn't get better rates than me? If Uline would allow us to use other carries than UPS, I would purchase at least 10 times the amount that I currently purchase from them.

I used them to order a chair for about $100. They sent me the chair damaged which was noticed when I tried to assemble it. It was the second one I ordered, the first was fine albeit expensive, and then they made me pay for shipping since the package was opened. How was I to know that the chair was damaged? It just doesn't seem right.

Iv been shopping with them for years, this has happened before, place an order ask them to bill me which has been done many times and then they dont send because cc didnt work. The card on file is old and I have been billed many times. This time I need bubble for a museum packing and they say they can send via curier and the fee is high and they want me to pay it. When I said bill me why did the woman on phone say ok and then they dont take responsibility for their mistake. Iv been billed for years. Now I have to go get more at mini storage, They lost me as a customer, the man I spoke to diddnt care, just said, so you want me to cancel your order......forever Uline, your service has gone down.
