Top notch customer support. I called the 1-800 number and it was picked up on the FIRST RING by a gentleman named Kyle. I was floored. He knew what product I was referring to based on my phone number being linked to the account I ordered the product from. From there he processed a free replacement - no questions asked. I didn't have to do any work or give any information. It was astounding honestly. In this day and age, you expect an automation accompanied by a dreadful hold. Not Uline. Their Customer Support team is second to none.

Uline provided industrial grade products we needed to complete our Amazon facility remodel project. Order one day, arrives the next. Amazing!

Trying to open a net 30 account to build credit in a new business but Kaila P wants to be a smartass when I emailed trying to ask a question.

I have written these people multiple times, asking them to cease and desist from mailing me their gigantic catalogues through the mail. I suppose that Richard and Elizabeth Uihlein, being Trump supporters, don't see cutting down thousands of trees as anything that should concern them. It should. Stop mailing me your junk.

I have been dealing with ULINE Ontario Campbelville area for 20 Years buying for new projects and have had great success in my field.Sustainable projects.My experience was 5***** Even today I will say their customer support is excellent.GREAT JOB ULINE.

Created a buisness account at 3:30pm to order boxes. I added them to my car and got signed out. Around 5:15 I signed back in to get things finalized. In the process of that my account was signed out automatically. Then I tried to log back in and couldn't do it. Then I requested a password change and get an email "There are no Uline accounts associated with this email address." and I literally have the Uline verify your email address right above the "no account exists email. Then customer services responds with this "I apologize for any difficulties you may be experiencing with our website." These people are terrible. Just use amazon to order supplies. Update to Uline response: I exchanged several emails with Customer service and they just default to a canned response that just says "call us" and its always a different person. It took 5th or so response from customer service before someone said this was due to a glitch in their website where it doesn't create an account unless you order right away. It also took me three tries to even create the stupid account because their buggy website kept not allowing the submit button to be clickable. Dealing with their website and customer service is ungodly frustration.

Crooks who don't understand that you need to release a pre-approved charge when a order is canceled. They kept my account hostage and $478 for 11 days when the order was canceled 10 minutes after I made it. After frustrations for repeated calls my money was still showing pending on my debit card. I finally told them that they needed to release the authorized payment. After some hem and hawing they said they did release it When I asked for the release number and date she gave me a lame excuse why she couldn't. I told her they were a bunch of Crooks and I was going to report them to the BBB and FTC. I then hung up. And when I checked my account a half hour later-wow the money was not there. It had finally been released. They don't know how to run a business. I'm glad I canceled my order before they scammed me some other way. I wouldn't order anything from them if it was free. This happened August 22 through September 1,2026

I guess the key to successful shopping is to always read reviews first. Cheaper place to order jars. My big beef is (thought styrofoam outlawed, I've not seen it in 15 years) got two HUGE boxes filled with styrofoam peanuts. Peanuts!!!!! The messy stuff, the stuff you can only scoop a little....I'm shipping it all back to ULINE, out of 2 boxes there is one box full of this S, and 2 huge trash bags. Insane
