The best phone customer service out of any company out there.....they know who you are, all info is there and they are super fast. Prices are kinda higher. Shipping can be high and better to do own shipping ltl account but we are a longtime customer. They are just easy to deal with and I'd almost say 5-star but shipping seems a little high.

The shipping costs are a bit high, but Uline is a lifesaver for our wholesale bean business. Everything arrives the next day, and the boxes never fall apart in transit to our Indiana restaurants. Straightforward, reliable service for busy roasters.

I purchased a table and a chair for my personal use the quality was great and the customer service was very responsive.

Ordered some gloves a few weeks ago. They arrived just as expected, but when looking at my bank acc, i realized i was charged $120 for shipping. After calling customer service, they actually removed part of that cost, and it was my own mistake. The reason I don't give 5 stars is because they didn't make it very clear that i would be charged this amount when I was checking out. They also do not give option of USPS shipping which is only $15 in the website, you have to call the company itself. I would buy from them again, but beware of hidden shipping fees to remote areas.

reliable I always get what I need form them pretty quick. I love the fact that you can buy and pay later. Shipping cost are the only bummer with them but overall pretty good 👍

They answer the phone, Good with customer service. I bought two $120 trash cans and an $825 rising desk. It all worked out no problems. The wood isn’t great but we like it so far. And the kids for the trash are very lose for some reason.

This was definitely the best all around 5 STAR vendor we ever delt with till shortly after pandemic when the prices went up AND THE QUALITY ON THEIR BOXES DROPPED OFF TO AN UNUSEABLE STATUS ON ABOUT 30% of each bundle of boxes received...WITH NO RESOULTION WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE..AFTER 13+YEARS AND OVER $20k SPENT ON BOXES PER YEAR we will be purchasing ELSEWARE!! Update. Uline contacted me shortly after I wrote this and we came to terms which both sides were happy with. I am changing my stairs to four stars. I hope I'm allowed to do that on this site not customer service is very friendly and helpful strongly. Recommend them. Contacted me

UPDATE: Better than expected Customer Service - they actually called me and apologized for the problem I had and said it was their responsibility (who does that these days)? Thanks to the kind agent who looked into it and called me to apologize for wasting my time. Anyways, I'm leaving the original review below for context: Just....blah! I hate dealing with this company. Their site/tech is old/outdated and doesn't work well. They charge MASSIVE shipping costs and it's *NEVER* free. No matter how much you order. No loyalty, no discounts. Sure, they have a lot of stuff. Sure, the people you deal with (when you actually get someone) seem friendly. I even support how much they pay their employees ($25/hr for warehouse jobs - nice!) but dang, as a customer, so disappointing time and time again. Just had to return something (they made you by 2 and of course it was just too small for my needs and the next size up was like twice the price and way too big) and the return label they emailed me won't print? So typical.
