I have ordered several items, for my home, through this company and have received each one in a timely manner as well as the items being well packaged. I also had a question about a product and had to contact their customer support. They answered quickly, were very friendly and helped me with my issue. I would recommend this company.

Thanks Uline for giving a newly owned business owner a chance at building business credit and helping me get my business off the ground. The items I ordered online were delivered fast and the product was high quality. I ordered an industrial floor matt for the kitchen to lay in front of the sink where we wash dishes because the floor is tile. The floor matt worked great. I won't forget my roommate coming into the room saying" its like the rug sucked its self to the floor. I just laughed. The Uline -40 below gloves i ordered for winter time where high quality and fit Perfect. I also order a pack of pens because I have multiple business I like to keep a lot of pens. We write a lot in the studio when recording music. Uline is the number one company to help you get your business off the ground. I could have went any where and bought these product. But this was more about building my business credit.

BAD Experience with shipment. Paid extra (almost $50CAD) for express shipment for next day. It's the day after that at noon and I still haven't received my shipment. I called to raise concern and got told by customer service that my order was placed after 6.30pm and so the delay. None of which was noted during purchase. VERY disappointed

NOT dependable. NOT reliable. NOT customer service oriented. Apparently they no longer allow you to pick up your orders. This is not made apparent on the website so we placed an order and sent a courier to pick it up. They had the order ready and wouldn't give it to our courier. They said they could send it on their courier and we would receive it that afternoon. Well, we didn't receive it. They aren't apologetic and really didn't have a caring attitude that I didn't receive my order that I needed today. I will definitely think twice before ordering from them again.

I am very impressed with the customer service that I received from Uline. I called them about a "missing" chair after 4:30pm last night. By the time I came in to work this morning, I had a credit invoice for the "missing" chair and an invoice for a new shipment. I "found" the chair and contacted Uline again. They were so friendly and it was no problem at all for me to decline the new chair that they attempted to deliver at 11:30am. I will definitely use Uline again.

I've had several complaints over the years but most recently my issue is with their lack of product description. For instance, my company purchased a couple dozen hand sanitizer stations due to Covid and they did not work. Why? Because the Uline did not mention that they did not come with AC adaptors to plug the stations in, but they did come with batteries!!! Well batteries are not strong enough to power the station so it will only dispense product when it's first turned on ONLY. So for this HANDS FREE station, you have to turn it off and on WITH YOUR HANDS if you need sanitizer. I spent hours trying to get info from them about it and was even willing to purchase the adapters needed for the stations but the person kept me on hold for over an hour "looking for the order number" and eventually I had to hang up because I had work to do. Now the station isn't even available for purchase through Uline. Well I have a couple dozen they are more than welcome to buy back. Although honestly they aren't good for anything besides a door stopper, and even then it has to be a very weak and lightweight door. 0/10 for customer service

Have called several times over the years to ask them to stop sending catalogs. Each time they promise no more catalogs will be sent. Each time more and more catalogs are sent jamming our business and personal mailboxes. It's ridiculous and disrespectful. Will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
