Contrary to many negative reviews, I have had a pleasant experience with the company and their customer service. Shipping was fast and the company was willing to adjust costs to my satisfaction. Rather than ordering online, try calling the company and learn that they will do everything possible to keep you as a happy customer. I highly recommend them.

I like this company. I have a startup online ebay business and my wife has her own side amazon business. We order different size boxes all the time and use their will call service for pick up. The order is always ready within 24 hours and pickup is extremely fast. We rarely if ever have to wait that long. I don't think they've ever been out of stock on any box i need. Thank you Uline for staying stocked! That's more then i can say for Office Depot or UPS. I've had numerous issues with both of those companies. Uline is far more dependable. Keep up the good work.

Uline had inaccurate pricing in their catalog. I ordered products based on the pricing in their guide and they refused to honor the pricing in the advertising which was substantially lower than the actual pricing. Uline's customer service is terrible and they treat their customers poorly. And their catalog is not reliable as far as pricing and units. And they will not honor what is in their catalog.

Yesterday, I placed an on line order for a picnic table to be delivered to our winter RV site outside of Tucson, AZ. I agreed to the price, including shipping, and gave them my credit card number, after which I received a purchase confirmation via email. All was as expected at that point. But then, some time later, I received another email advising that I needed to pre pay via wire transfer. No explanation why. Given that this is the first time I’ve done business with this company, and the first time ever that I’d ever been required to pre pay, I refused, and the order has, I hope, been canceled. Not sure what’s going on here, but...

Was a customer for years. But can no longer support knowing they donated $millions to Club Growth. Club Growth's biggest donations went to Cruz and Hawley in support of squelching the vote of THE PEOPLE. I can't knowingly support a company that supports sedition.
