We ordered specific colored mailer boxes and some crinkle paper from Uline. They were the cheapest when we compared pricing even on Amazon. Also, we didn't have to buy 100 at a time. Of the 25 boxes we ordered, five didn't fold correctly and couldn't be used. Frustrating, yes. I sent them an email at 9: 05 a.m. asking them to make it right. They called me within three minutes to offer a refund or to ship out replacements. WOW! That is some customer service!

Bought some Uline disposable face masks. VERY disappointed. They are by far the most scratchy I have bought since COVID started (have bought from 4 or 5 vendors). They do not seal very tight. The adjustable aluminum band is a bit too wide. The reason this is a 2-star rather than 1-star is that there is one good feature: they seem to fog less than other mask, except that the scratchiness makes it difficult to keep them on for very long anyway.

The prices are affordable and they're fast! We did have some minor issues with missing one box out of a large order, but they replaced what was missing next day free of charge and kept us up to date through phone if there were any delays. Very nice and efficient customer service

There is an old song that "Baby Boomers" would recognize by the Five Man Electrical Band called Signs from 1970. The original lyrics were "Long haired people freaky people need not apply". I updated these lyrics to Grey haired seasoned people need not apply. Interviewed once and then asked to interview again by the Uline Human Resource department. You might think this was a good sign. NOT! Never had the second interview as I think they realized despite my qualifications that I was not a millennial. Just experienced yet grey. However it took them over a month of me trying to schedule the second interview before Uline rescinded the interview offer.

Your every flowing sometimes 3 or 4 catalogs at one time in a month is simply ridiculous. Talked to our rep and customer service to stop the catalogs and explain one catalog should be fine and it still continues. Pretty much a waste of money and resource.

We recently ordered 40 plastic chairs and 4 came in cracked. Unfortunately I didn't notice until a month later because we moved buildings and we hadn't opened all of the boxes. Uline customer service answered on the first ring which shocked me, sourced my phone number to pull my order and after I explained the situation replaced the chairs immediately. I was so impressed by their friendly and quick service I have started telling people to use them!

They honestly don’t deserve any stars . This “company” is a complete rip off ! Waste of space and time . Trash products and please don’t have to return /exchange anything . You take a total loss.
