BEST COMPANY EVER. Im blown away by this company. Ive been using them for about a year, and their shipping is reliable and always only 1 day. Today I placed a large order and then realized I needed to add more items so I called, they have FANTASTIC customer service. 24 hr/ 365 days a year with literally no hold/wait time. Not even 0.2 seconds went by before a very nice lady picked up, immediately assisted me and then asked if I would like to switch my order to freight shipping and that saved me $60 in shipping cost. In the past I have also returned items I no longer needed, it was a very simple process. On top of all this, you get to choose your free gifts with almost every order! I highly recommend Uline.

Bought an item and accidently got the wrong size. When I contacted their HR department to see if I could swap it out for the right one instead, they double charged me for the wrong and right size and then charged me full price to return the wrong sized item.

First off they refused to take debit because if Covid so they canceled my order. I reordered it the next day for pick up at 3pm with my prepaid credit card I have. I go to pick it up at 5 and there was a problem abs they needed to contact credit. After 15 min of standing around (seems dangerous with covid) so I called there help line myself. They said I needed I'd and to show my credit card. I forgot my ID and let them know I.wouls go get it. After about 30 min now they said I don't need ID, everything is good. I would just have to wait a hour for them to get my order together... No thank you. They don't care about covid safety or they wouldn't of got me to wait in the wear house for a hour. I just don't get how they refuse cash or credit for our safety but I can sit there and wait while they wait for my order they forgot. Companies prices aren't even low why would I put up with this.

Their price gouging is disgusting. Their Net30, so called "credit" is a scam. Net30 means you have 30 days to pay it off. But their long contracts can't just say that. They beat around the bush and hide it somewhere in there. I bought six plastic bins that might have cost me $20 a piece at Walmart for $435 from Uline. I thought I was getting them on credit but unknowingly got them on what felt like layaway. Even Rent-a-Center gives you better terms. Never again!!!

So I ordered some gloves. They didn't look the same (they were the same) so I called customer service. The csr that answered was polite, respectful, and work oriented. We got to the bottom of the situation and I'm 100% satisfied with their services. Thank you Uline.

Will not stop sending catalogues. Have repeatedly asked for several months and they keep sending them. No idea how they got our information. Worst company for their shady practices and overpriced products.

I would give a zero! I have uline under the counter ice maker for 3 years and in the last 2 years it needed 2ice making a thermostat and water input valve! Now it’s out again. I contacted uline and they never responded. Peace of junk!!!!!!!

Bad company, over price because their inventory was low what do that have to do with a customer, price went down when inventory went up. Never heard that one before. I paid $9.58 a can two weeks later it was $6.00 a can. Price gouging, never again😠🤑
