UlineReviews of uline.com

When they charge you $68.29 to deliver a box of tape and 2 flats of shipping boxes instead of letting you drive 2 miles to pick it up yourself is pure bullcrap! NO ONE inside the USA is able to pick up supplies themselves anymore. They claim it's because of shortage of personnel, but when you drive by the parking lot is slam full! They can load delivery trucks that rape you to deliver but can't place the items on the dock for local pickup. If there were someplace else to get what I need I sure the hell wouldn't rely on them!!!!! It has happened to everyone in our area who have placed an order from them. It wasn't like this 3 years ago. Just how much of a kickback are they getting?

More than 1000$ thrown out of the window. We bought a car shelter last october, installed it in novembre then it broke after few days because of some wind!!! It was supposed to be a good quality snow car shelter!! We called uline to see if they can replace it and they said it’s over a month since we both it (it was a month and like 3 days) so there is NOTHING they can do!! Imagine spending over a 1000$ for something that was supposed to last years but broke in 2 days!! I strongly advise you not to buy from these company.

We ordered over $10000 worth of lockers sent to 6 locations. They arrived within 1-2 days in good working order. they offered a with purchase and we chose a bluetooth speaker. it didnt work. i called the 800-number and an english speaking person picked up on first ring. not a call center in india, not an IVR, a real, live helpful person. they are replacing the speaker via overnight shipping. all of this is so counter to the customer service that we receive with many of our other vendors. keep it up uline!!!

Poor quality! We just ordered a fixed double security gate from Uline for over $500 and it is the cheapest piece of metal I have ever seen! For the price and the Uline name, I expected to get a secure, strong expandable gate. However, I received a flimsy, difficult to control, cheap gate that is barely useable. Very disappointed!

As a small business who ships worldwide and has a retail location it is essential for me function efficiently. Uline has been a huge part of keeping that part of my business running smooth. I call customer service to place orders and the phone literally doesn’t even ring, some picks up immediately and a friendly voice takes the order and that’s it. No robots to deal with, no automated system, just human to human communication and the best part is they are well spoken and easy to understand. Thank you uline for always coming through for all my business needs.

i bought a uline under counter nugget ice maker. i could not be more disappointed. the unit is UHNB 315. The unit is 6 months old and it has been off more than it has worked. constant error codes with code 11 being the most prevalent. when you clean it, which is a lot more than i ever thought an ice maker would have to be cleaned, prepare for an adventure. would never buy another one again. period. awful product.

We placed a order with Uline, they shipped to wrong address, had to ship over & charged us for the extra shipping saying it's not their problem . Well no problem here either just never doing business with them again! Robert Darville Packaging Ltd. Nassau, Bahamas

The customer service ever!
