Their shipping methods and lack of control over carriers aren't good. They are very black and white about how much control they have over shippers and they say their own website needs better wording to state reality. Inside delivery isn't inside unless your door can be the width of a pallet. Very unhappy with the experience.

They have had order pick ups available all through the 2020-2021. Now in 2022 when COVID is no longer a pandemic, they decide they are no longer accepting pick ups. You can chose to pay $200+ for shipping every time you need to order something, it will come in 1+ day(s), or one of their "preferred curriers" can accept the order at their personal rate. What a joke. Just another way for them to make more money. Their warehouse is quite literally 5 min away.

I DO NOT RECOMENT THIS COMPANY FOR ANY PARKING LOT SIGN PURCHASES. WE HAVE ONLY HAD THE PRODUCT UP FOR ONLY 6 MONTHS AND THEY WILL NOT EVEN STAND UP. CLEARLY THEY ARE SUCH A POORLY MADE PRODUCT THAT THEY ONLY HAVE A WARRANTY FOR 30DAYS. THE COMPANY REFUSES TO COMPINSATE FOR THERE BAD PRODUCT SO I AM OUT THE FULL PURCHACE AND NOT HAVE TO PAY TO GET THEM REPLACED. NOT A GOOD PRODUCT DO NOT RECOMEND!!!

I purchased a 10' X 20' "Deluxe Shelter" for my boat. There are not enough side poles and roof bars to prevent the roof from sagging under the weight of rain or snow. The gap between the side poles and roof bars are 6.6'. Imagine a building with wall studs and roof trusses 6.6' apart? To make matters worse Uline does not sell spare parts to retrofit and suggested that I go to a hardware store to buy some "dowels" to fix their problem. FYI they describe the shelter online as keeping the sun, rain and leaves off vehicles and equipment. But what about snow? They continue to sell the shelter in Canada. I'm not aware of any region in this country without any winter snow. In my view this product was not properly designed for continual outdoor use in Canada. Even if you did take it down before the winter, the roof would still sag under the weight of rain. It is not worth the money, you are better off spending more and getting a better quality product elsewhere.

Just bought 10x20 deluxe building. Walls and building. I’m extremely impressed with company and service. To start price is the cheapest I could fine pipe size is bigger then most competitors Service is impeccable can not say anything bad would recommend uline for any of your needs. Thanks for great service and product.

I ordered not for a business, but for personal use. I ordered 6 metal bookshelves from Uline. All arrived on time and in good shape. I am pleased with the purchase. I did pay for "in the door" delivery and the truck driver/delivery person tried to just stick them in the garage instead of inside the front door. I did insist on bringing them inside and he did. The paperwork did indicate inside the door, but also not to break up the pallet so I am not sure how that was supposed to happen. I think a clear description of what each delivery service means would be helpful. Overall, I am a happy customer.
