I am doing business with them since 15 years. The merchandise they offer is always of the highest quality. The shipping might be cheaper, but they still deserve 5 stars!

Shipping is so expensive it makes 0 sense to order from this company. My entire order for different small and medium-sized boxed was $350 and the cheapest delivery being $100 -- my delivery address is bordering state to their warehouse, not hauling throughout the entire country.

I ordered Length Dividers for Stackable Bins - 18 x 11" 6/carton, and they didn't work out. I called to see what I needed to do to return them, and they denied my request because it was after their timeline!! Wasted $100!

I for one do appreciate the catalogs that are available to customers, everything is neatly organized and easy to find without going through internet searches. The prices are competitive, great options to save on shipping such as freight delivery! Every order I have placed arrived the very next day, safely packed and all the items ordered are of great quality. This is the company to go to for quality products, speedy delivery and just an astonishing variety of products.

I just placed an order on line. Diana was my uline rep. I needed to speak with a human being because the product that I had been purchasing for years has a new product code and had changed slightly. This was one of the best on-line person to person experiences that i've ever had. Very happy with Uline and Diana! Thank you!!

Uline just contacted me to tell me they forgot to invoice me in 2018 (5 years ago) but that I owe them money. They never issued an invoice, but they say they just caught their mistake. Not my mistake, their mistake from 5 years ago, and I should trust them and pay them $180. I’ve never even heard of anything like this. There is no way for me to remember or verify if they missed charging me for an item on an order 5 years ago. You got to love these big corporations.

Yesterday I ordered my 3rd 3 X 4 ft rubber backed carpet. I called the order department to see if I could cut the carpet where the hot air duct was . They did not suggest. I did it, with absolutely no problems it fits like a glove. I order another burgundy 3 X 4 carpet which makes my third one. The carpets are a little pricey but these are great great carpets. If I need more I will definitely order more. (This is an add-on comment.) I now have 8 of these carpets in my house. These carpets are great. Kudos to Uline for great product.

I would never recommend anyone to buy a carpet chair mat from Uline. $200+ down the drain on something that didn't even last 3 months. They only offer a 30-day warranty. I've had cheaper chair mats that lasted years. Very disappointing! **UPDATE** ULINE CALLED AND MADE IT RIGHT. VERY HAPPY ABOUT THAT. THEY ARE SHIPPING OUT A NEW ONE AT NO COST.
