Order was to be next day delivery. Got a call everyday for a week stating one problem or another. Boxes are too big for my truck etc. Called customer service.....They bullshitted me that it would arrive the next business day....no delivery. Called uline, they informed me that in a day or two they might be able to tell me when it could be delivered. MAYBE

bought a box of foaming hand soap marked as 2 per carton . it’s a box sold with2 bottles in it that the manufacturer counts as one unit item. Uline treats both items as individual inventory and charges you double. $118 for one box with 2 bottles of hand soap. This is like charging for each roll of toilet paper in a commercial box if 24. super disappointed. Product is Kimberly Clarke hand foam soap. There is another company Good n Clean that sells it honestly

They advertise everywhere, yet provide the worst customer experience ever. I was so excited that they could ship our shippers much faster than Amazon. Would you believe that 80% of the box mailers were cut so that they wouldn’t close? What a waste. To make matters worse, instead of shipping me replacements immediately, they required the mailers to return to their warehouse before they would consider replacement or refund. - they could spend less on ads and more on hiring a consultant to let them know that people have choices..why would we choose uline?

Been with Uline for over 10 years and I’ve decided today to stop ordering from them all together. It started with them adding fees on “free shipping” for lift gate when we don’t need that. Now they no longer offer free shipping with ANY order minimum apparently. The kicker is that when I asked on chat when this happened, she claimed it’s been like this for years! I know for a fact the last orders we placed (within the last few years) have not had shipping. $45 for a shipping charge we don’t need is one thing, but $200+ for shipping a relatively small order (when you have locations everywhere) is quite another! Would no longer order from or recommend Uline for anything.

As a business owner I know how important standing behind what you sell is. Uline falls well short of that. I purchased a product that had several in a box, when I went to use last one it was defective. I called and was told I missed the return deadline by 1 month! I've been a customer for many years but will never use them again. They lost a long term customer over an $18 product. When I told their customer service I wouldn't be ordering again they didn't care and that policy was policy. Most of their products are way over priced and shipping fee is way too much! Do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else. Most of what they sell can be bought from much better companies with much better customer service!

A big shoutout to the Uline.com customer service pro who found my recent interaction with the sales team suspicious & calmly instructed me to call the police. Everyone took this interaction seriously EXCEPT the sales team. I didn't catch your name but you truly did a spectacular job and showed care and concern for your customers. I'm an almost 20-year Uline customer and I've never once had sales reach out to me. Then, out of the blue, a male intern calls and wants to meet me and wouldn't take no for an answer. There were half a dozen red flags that made me suspect that this was an unsafe meeting (not the least of which - why does it take 20 years to be recognized as a customer). So, I called customer service. The kind CS rep advised me to take a safe approach. She informed me that my sales rep was a woman and to not attend the meeting. And, more importantly, to call the police. My local police department took it very seriously, too, and was planning to meet me at the agreed-upon location to investigate this unconventional sales practice. Management called to apologize, trashing the customer service rep. SHAME ON YOU! A woman helping another woman stay safe?? Really?? The real fault is that Uline's sales team used very creepy practices to engage a 20-year-long client raising strong suspicions with even my own local police department. The whole incident was extremely disturbing. I'll never use Uline again.

Ordered 3 items wanted ($24 ship) return on item cost $17 & they will also deduct $18 for orig ship so I will receive approx $13 refund on $48 item . Used them for years but some relationships must END!

I ordered 1 product for $18 from your company. I've now received 3 THREE paper catalogs with never asking for them. One with my order. One at my billing address. Now one at my home address. I am NEVER USING YOUR COMPANY AGAIN. GET WITH THE TIMES. STOP MAIL GARBAGE TO PEOPLE. What a joke of a company.
