This company SUCKS. They keep invoicing us for an item we didn't buy we call get it figured out then another invoice comes in with a different figure and the cycle continues. Bout one time and WORST experience ever. The incompetence is beyond me.... Jesus.

I have had the best experiences with Uline! I have ordered tables, powerwashers, vaccuum cleaners and warehouse fans from them. Everything always arrived next day and was packaged great. I also emailed to say that the receiving times needed to change and i received a response back immediately letting me know they changed the information. Thank you Uline :)

UPDATE: Better than expected Customer Service - they actually called me and apologized for the problem I had and said it was their responsibility (who does that these days)? Thanks to the kind agent who looked into it and called me to apologize for wasting my time. Anyways, I'm leaving the original review below for context: Just....blah! I hate dealing with this company. Their site/tech is old/outdated and doesn't work well. They charge MASSIVE shipping costs and it's *NEVER* free. No matter how much you order. No loyalty, no discounts. Sure, they have a lot of stuff. Sure, the people you deal with (when you actually get someone) seem friendly. I even support how much they pay their employees ($25/hr for warehouse jobs - nice!) but dang, as a customer, so disappointing time and time again. Just had to return something (they made you by 2 and of course it was just too small for my needs and the next size up was like twice the price and way too big) and the return label they emailed me won't print? So typical.

DO NOT BUY FROM ULINE!! They may have a good product; however; their shipping department does NOT follow up on if the ordered item has in fact been delivered. ULINE DOESN’T care if you receive your item or not. They contract the delivery of your item out and then forget about you!!! I am currently working on trying to schedule my third delivery date with this contracted company!!! ULINE advertised a fast delivery… well that is a big lie!

I have been ordering shipping boxes from Uline for a few years. The cost was comparable to other suppliers and it was fast delivery as I live in the Dallas area. But no more. The boxes in the last several orders were of very poor quality. Although still usable, they were frayed and bent and partially damaged. One was so bad it couldn’t be used at all. I am now ordering from Amazon and much happier with the quality.

With the crazy prices they charge the service ought to be top notch. For the second shipment in a row the the shipping company screwed up the delivery. This time they would not deliver to the house and made me come get my order at the corner. They said they couldn't turn around although they they could drive around the block.
