The customer service at ugeat is great! They have communicated well and have helped me through the whole process when an item was out of stock offering another item asap. I will definitely use ugeat from now for all of my hair toppers.

Return Policy not stated clearly costing me over $200
I ordered hair on May 13th by May 22nd it had not shipped and ended up changing my hair so I decided to just try and cancel my order. I spoke with a woman on the phone who told me she would have to locate my package first (it was still at the warehouse and tracking told me it hadn't made it to postal services yet) and that she would call me back. She calls me back the next day to tell me they have already shipped my package but I could return it once I received it. that's it did not go into further detail. June 13th rolls around and I receive said package so I go to the post office and tell them I just need to return it to which they tell me they can just mark it as refused and it goes back at no cost. HOWEVER apparently it is in their policy, which I have yet to even see for myself, that refusal of packages subjects to only 50% refund.
I don't understand how that is fair. I sent you back your product, the status of being refused shouldn't matter.
This company got their product back for free and profited over $200

Awesome human hair toppers
I have spent 18 years of my salon career, helping ladies with thinning hair. I was always looking for a better quality for my clients….then I discovered UGEAT online. I usually purchase 5x5 base with 14-16” hair, then custom color for each client. In all these years, I’ve only had 2 problems to deal with, which I ordered wrong but caught it. They promptly answered my email and fixed the problems immediately. Most orders come in within 10 days. This is a wonderful company that makes ME look good with MY customers.

I haven’t received the hair yet but their service team is honestly the best customer service I’ve ever encountered. I accidentally ordered the wrong product on the site and they walked me through multiple different options and recommendations. They truly went above and beyond. Cannot recommend them enough!!!
