This was my first experience with this…
This was my first experience with this company. Time was of the essence because I was doing hair for a wedding. When I placed my order for hair extensions I also added a duckbill extension clip. I added an extra $30 for express shipping.
Ok, first of all I get an email that the clip was out of stock and that they would like to give me a $10 store credit for the clip. Well, the clip was closer to $13 , so a $10 store credit didn't make sense. I asked them to send me the clip when they had it back in stock. They responded that they couldn't do that because shipping costs were prohibive. I understand a store credit on returned items after purchase. But,since they processed my payment with the clip, I insisted on a refund.
My 2nd point of frustration is that when I placed my order, my mailing address is a PO box . There was no red flag on their ordering site that an expedited ship cannot go to a PO Box. I had to ask a friend if I could use their address for my order.
Lastly, as I stated before, I chose expedited shipping. After a week with no communication from Ugeat, I inquired about my order because I was getting very concerned about the wedding date coming up.
I was so upset to hear from them that the shipping had been delayed because of a Chinese holiday that went from the 1st through the 6th. There was absolutely no mention of that on their website. Had I known that, I would have sourced the extensions locally.
Ok,that is my rant. In the fair side, Ugeat communication was very prompt and courteous. And, once the extensions were shipped, I received them before the expected date, for which I'm hugely relieved! They sent regular updates, which I very much appreciate.
The hair they sent is beautiful and the quality is more than I expected. I'm very thankful for that. Would I order from them again? Good question. I love the hair quality. But, their ordering website needs alot of improvement. I don't think it would take much to flag PO Boxes for expedited shipping or to disclose that expedited shipping, at an extra $30, can't happen because of a Chinese holiday. I do love the hair and would order from them again if they updated and improved their ordering process.

Hair Topper Extensions
I ordered a hair topper from them that at first didn’t fit or look right. I was able to send it back and get a custom upgrade which is absolutely perfect. They kept in communication with me the whole time. Customer service was great. I highly recommend this company for hair extensions.

Do not order from this company! The hair is not consistent length! The color is not what was expected! I returned 4 bundles of hair almost $800 worth they refused to accept 2 bundles saying they were opened which is a lie after 2 months I still don’t have my money back or the hair!
