This is my second hair topper with Ugeat and I am delighted to say that they did a wonderful job. I actually asked for a customized hairpiece with less density on the top and received exactly what I was asking for. The hair is great quality and I love my new topper!! Hair Topper Extensions
I ordered a hair topper from them that at first didn’t fit or look right. I was able to send it back and get a custom upgrade which is absolutely perfect. They kept in communication with me the whole time. Customer service was great. I highly recommend this company for hair extensions.

Returned my product
Update: Ugeat has processed the refund! Their customer service is good, but be patient due to the time difference from USA to China. I hope to purchase a replacement item from Ugeat, because it is a nice product from what I could tell. I didn't try it on or even take it out of the package (except for their required photos). Original: It just isn't what I was looking for,so I asked for an exchange. It was definitely within the required parameters of their refund/exchange policy. They offered a small fraction of my total purchase price (I purchased two items), and I declined. They agreed to let me return it, so I sent it to them. If they follow through with a full refund as stated in their policy,then I will update the star rating. The product is fine, but not going to work for me.

Quality and price unmatched!
I’ve ordered from Ugeat twice now, and the quality of their hair is unmatched compared to other brands I’ve tried. The value for the price is incredible. I tried saving a little money by ordering from another company, but I ended up coming right back to Ugeat. The other brand only lasted a few months before the hair became dry and straw-like. In contrast, my Ugeat flat weft extensions lasted an entire year before I decided to replace them. They stayed much softer, tangled far less, and held up significantly better over time. On top of that, their customer service was outstanding. I needed my extensions by a specific date, so I reached out to see if they could help. They went above and beyond by shipping my order from the warehouse the very next business day, ensuring I received it in time. I highly recommend Ugeat for both the quality of their hair and their excellent customer service.

The selection of colors and High quality
The selection of colors were great and mine was spot on!!! The quality of the human hair was silky smooth and tangle free! I already purchased another in same color #3/8/22 but longer length for going out. Also the customer service was 10/10. Thank you Ugeat

Excellent Quality and Service!
I have ordered their Virgin+ Tape in extensions multiple times now and they have been consistently high quality, especially for the price. The quality has been reliable from order to order as well, which is one of the main reasons I will continue buying from them. The only issue I have ever had was when one item in my order was out of stock but they handled it better than I could have expected. Instead of simply shorting my order, they reached out to me proactively and gave me several replacement options that were actually in stock. I ended up receiving more hair than I originally ordered and it was an even higher quality product for no extra charge. Great products, excellent customer service and a company that clearly values its customers. They have earned my business for life.
