I can only speak on my experience, which was fantastic. After getting a microSD card stuck in a friend's phone where the SIM/SD card bracket goes, I took it there in a panic. They got it out in just a few minutes, then refused to let me pay thrm for their help. How could I possibly speak bad about that...

I had an amazing experience at uBreakiFix in Rockville Centre! MP was absolutely incredible and helped me tremendously. I came in with an issue with my laptop, and he had it fixed in just 15 minutes! He was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and made the entire process so easy and stress-free. I was honestly so impressed with how quickly he figured out the problem and got everything working again. The customer service was top-notch, and MP truly went above and beyond. If you need help with your laptop or any device, I highly recommend going to this location and asking for MP. Five stars all around!

Horrible experience — 5 trips, a dead power button, and they swapped my whole case color I went in for a battery replacement after the initial consultation. That turned into five separate trips back and forth to the shop. They replaced the battery. When I got home the power button didn’t work at all. They said the repair required soldering so they had to order a different part. The part they ordered was the wrong color. They told me the button was black even though they had ordered purple. I agreed to just use the black button to get it over with. When I picked the phone up, they had changed the entire case to black. Avoid this place if you value your time or want your phone back looking the way it did when you dropped it off.

teenage kid running the shop with 2 years experience tells me he charges $300 for the Xbox Series S HDMI repair I need done. I decided I'd rather buy a new console before paying that... I looked up the next closest console repair shop (CPR in Meridian, ID) 2 mi. from UBreakiBreakU!! Great tech named Robert looked at my repair needs and charged me $100! Said it would be ready in 48 hours! SOLD! Don't waste your time and money with "UbreakiMaybeFix_4_3X the cost"!!

Called to see if they had front glass panel and replacement batter for Pixel 7A phone. He stated both in stock, so I make appt for 2 hours later. After driving 25 miles, when I arrived at appointment time, she said appt was for glass panel only and did not have battery in stock. Never again will I give this company the opportunity to lie to me.

Don't do it. Brought in an Apple IPad I don't use very often with a cracked screen. Still worked good just annoyed by the crack in the bottom corner. After the repair, took it home and used it twice. Once the first day and a few weeks later, I tried to use my Apple Pencil on it. Didn't work and noticed a small scratches where the pencil was tried. Figured small price to pay since I didn't use an authorized apple dealer. Few weeks later, I picked up the IPad again one evening and the screen barely responds. Took it back to the store and the tech told me because of the small scratches that the warranty was void. I explained that the scratches came because of I was using a OEM Apple pencil and that it didn't work. Would not honor the warranty. Learn from me. Now I'm in worst position than when I had the crack. Just go to the Apple Store and pay the extra money.

3619 Midway Dr E, San Diego, CA 92110, United States Took my laptop in with a stripped screw holding down the SSD. All I wanted was the stripped screw taken out and the SSD replaced. Very simple easy job. Despite it costing $60 for this simple task, I thought it was better to trust the "professionals" than risk damaging the motherboard underneath myself etc. The screen is also damaged as half the time I'm met with just a black screen despite the laptop being on and the charging port is now extremely loose. I have no idea how so much damage could be done when replacing a single screw. At the store they offered me a piece of plastic to put the plastic back on. When they initially brought the laptop out from behind their curtain it would not turn on and was met with a black screen multiple times. Resulting in them taking it behind the curtain a couple times to "sort" the issue. This issue was never fully sorted as this is still ongoing. I have raised this with corporate and was told the damage was "already present". When I presented mountains of evidence this was not the case, including asking to see CCTV they apparently consulted I was told the case was closed. I use my laptop for work and I'm not unable to even do basic work as the laptop only displays the screen half the time and the hinge is popping out the case. I would DO NOT recommend this company to ANYONE! The staff were friendly, but clearly are do not take care of customers items. When I raised this at the store I was simply offered a piece of tape to put the piece of plastic back on. NEVER EVER use this company. EDIT: I went in person as was told due to the store being a franchise and the manager/owner I believe to be Mohammad A. flat out lied to my face saying it was already damaged and then said to get a lawyer and sue him and get out his store. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY
