Neil's services and his team are fantastic! As a small business owner we were constantly having phone calls and emails from 'Marketing People' making wild claims about how they can put us on page 1 of Google and increase our business revenue overnight..blar..blar. I've been watching Neil's videos and reading his blogs for over 18 months. We purchased Ubersuggest and applied Neil's methodologies for organic keyword targeting and our business has been growing significantly as a result. We have launched four new websites in total since we bought Ubersuggest and because they have been built from the ground up with organic search traffic in mind (Ubersuggest highlights the best keywords and phrases to go for), we get value added traffic that is converting into sales. We also save money by not having to pay for Google Ads constantly (Google Ads have their place, but they can burn up cash fast). It takes time to reap the rewards (6 to 18 months for new sites) but our business is now in a solid position and improving all the time as Ubersuggest runs the Audits and tells us what to fix and we make the tweaks accordingly. Neil Patel has designed easy to use tools that have brought the fundamentals of SEO growth to the small to medium business population and its been a winner for us...without him we would be burning cash on marketing cowboys and spending £1000s per month on Google Ads.

I have been using Ubersuggest for a couple years now and love it. It helps me find errors on my website that I would have never found myself. It also suggests what things I can do to improve the rankings. For the budget conscience minded people, its an amazing tool.

I had purchased a course from Neil Patel's company - 5 years ago...and like many things online purchases I abandoned it part way through. But now I want to continue where I'd left off. I wrote to the company and they informed me that the course was "no longer being supported" (which is totally reasonable to me) yet was still available for me...and shared the link etc.

In a few words: simply amazing tool - and I haven’t even tried each and every functionality yet. Absolutely worth the in my opinion low investment (especially lifetime access)- that is: if you don’t just buy it but actually use and apply it.

I bought a lifetime plan, but I used it a month and found it wasn't fitting my usecase I was able to refund the full lifetime plan, after offering to pay for the month I had used Support did the right thing by me, rather than keeping the money Very forthright and honest Ubersuggest has good seo tools and keyword tracking, audit for most businesses

Ubersuggest is an excellent tool with great add-ons that really help me with my decision-making as well as relevant data for my business. I haven't had any problems using Ubersuggest and I can say it indeed helped me grow my business and understand more about the marketing world. In case you are a marketing rookie like myself I would suggest reading their articles as they have invaluable information about how to properly use the tool as well as Keywords, ranking, search volume, CPC, etc. The information is presented in a rather well-organized and easy-to-understand way, which helps a ton! I believe the price is affordable and fair considering the amount of information and features provided by the tool. I certainly recommend Ubersuggest and a 5-star score is well deserved! **Update** I am updating my review because it was resolved with the help of a manager. While I am very appreciative that the manager quickly helped resolve my issue, the fact that I had to email 3x, and ASK for a manager is still disheartning. Especially when my initial email asked to upgrade my account and pay them more money! The manager was apologetic for my experience and mentioned working to do better. I really hope that they do because an AI customer service robot would be more helpful than the customer service employees they are paying to answer questions. --- My experience with Ubbersuggest's customer service department is what brings the rating down to 1 star. The product is adequate, and I have been happy with that, but honestly, I don't see myself being a repeat customer after dealing with their service team. Every time I would reach out, it was a different person who basically sent me the same template. Nobody actually answered questions, and when they did, it was so vague and unhelpful that it just made me more upset. A company's customer service team is their direct contact with their customer base, I would think that more weight would be given to these people who have an opportunity to HELP and SERVE their paying customers. To give them a reason to be repeat customers. My question was regarding a payment issue, and they were more concerned with their policies than actually seeing their customer and serving them in a way that would be mutually beneficial to both parties. Instead, I will no longer be their customer, nor will I recommend Ubersuggest to any of my clients or peers.
