They charge without notice and they refuse to refund
I forgot to cancel my subscription and got charged for a whole month. I have not been notified before the charge, and I requested the refund within 4 hours being charge. But the support rejected my request. And I did not get any refund.

We’ve carefully reviewed your case and would like to clarify a few points: our system does send an email reminder a few days before the trial ends, informing users that their subscription will renew unless canceled.
In this case, we did not receive a cancellation request before the trial converted into a paid plan.
That said, we completely understand how easy it can be to miss these notifications. As a one-time courtesy, we’ve issued a full refund and followed up via email with all the details.

1. Le site propose des opportunités SEO qui sont en majorité bidonnées. Proposer sur 300 opportunités 295 réécritures de page via IA ce n'est pas une opportunité SEO, c'est une évidence.
Le reste des opportunités sont bidons aussi, on vous avertit des pages non référencées alors que oui, elles sont bloquées dans le robot.txt expressément (CGU,mention légales etc...).
2. Le site vous prend en otage via son abonnement. Il est impossible de le suspendre ou de l'annuler sans vous faire supprimer tout vos projets et compte. Une pratique franchement malhonnête visant à empêcher l'utilisateur de ne prendre un abonnement que pour certaines périodes de travail.
Vous voulez utilisez Ubersuggest ? Vous allez cracher 365 jours par an même si vous vous en servez 20 jours.
3. L'ECRASANTE MAJORITE des outils proposés sont trouvables en ligne notamment via google trends, google speed insight ou google search console + IA en appui.
Ceux qui ne sont pas trouvables en ligne sont gadgets et souvent peu efficaces, on peut notamment citer leur IA qui propose des pages en anglais pour un cite Français, ou encore la surveillance de vos concurrents qui ne surveillent rien du tout et ne vous propose que des données sur leur site accessibles partout.
Finalement un site qui vous fait payer des services gratuits, le principal avantage est que ceux-ci sont groupés.
A 9.90 peut-être mais sûrement pas à 29.90 au premier prix.

I had a persistent issue with Ubersuggest becoming unresponsive over time. What stood out the most was the support team's dedication; they patiently followed up, reviewed all the details I shared (including screen recordings), and even offered to schedule a Zoom call to troubleshoot live.
Throughout the process, I was in touch with multiple representatives who were professional, empathetic, and genuinely committed to resolving the issue.
