I signed up and got same day care
I signed up and got same day care. I was scheduled with a phone call with a doctor within hours. Overall I’m happy with the service so far!

Easy Peazy
They’ve made it easy to get what I need, plus my insurance accepts them. And when I had an issue with a refill, Marilu was amazing with getting that fixed right away.

I’ve been using twentyeight for years…
I’ve been using twentyeight for years and have always had good experiences. I recently had an issue with my prescription processing, and Loella with the support team fixed it immediately.

I love twentyeight health!
They are always on top of my deliveries and very kind and understanding when I need changes or help with my orders! Customer service is definitely top tier

Customer Service is Excellent!
I have been using Twentyeight Health for years and they have been nothing short of amazing. They are always prompt in their communications regarding my prescriptions and are always eager to help. If I have a question or need assistance, I always get an emailed reply within a couple of hours. The last customer service agent I spoke with, Valeria, was super helpful and kind. In short, I highly recommend Twentyeight Health. You can tell they care about their customers which is rare these days.

The entire team at Twentyeight Health…
The entire team at Twentyeight Health has always been incredibly easy to work with and makes the process of accessing birth control super easy and convenient! Recently I had an issue with my insurance and I sent an email and Hannah was so quick to respond and sort out the entire thing and my birth control was in the mail on the way to my house about a day later. 10/10 stars for Hannah and everyone at Twentyeight Health!!

Everyone is so accommodating and nice
I have always had a great experience with twentyeight health! The one star reviews must be written by people who don’t know how this company works. I highly recommend! Hannah was lovely to work with and great at communicating.
