Hi Anderlynn, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand why this change feels frustrating, especially if you mainly used Twentyeight for birth control refills through insurance. Over time, we expanded from prescription refills to ongoing care — including provider messaging, urgent care for things like UTIs and yeast infections, skincare, and more — all under one membership. But we also understand that not every user needs or wants those additional services. Insurance coverage can vary by plan, and while some members have their membership covered through in-network insurance, others may not yet qualify for that benefit. We know that can feel disappointing, especially when your medication itself is already covered.
