So easy!
I appreciate how easy it is to get my birth control. I use the free plan which is perfect for me so I paid the 12.99 to get my renewal recently and emailed to downgrade to the basic (free) plan. I got a super fast response from Jay who changed my plan and confirmed my renewal went through. I love how easy it is, my birth control ships and shows up on time every month!

Daniela has changed how I look at…
Daniela has changed how I look at twenty eight health. There was a miscommunication where I got charged for a shipment when three days before I paused the shipment. She emailed me and said she would look in to it and she apologized. A couple hours later I got a message alerting me that I’d be getting a refund. This was on Friday and today (Monday) I got the refund back and a personal message from her! Hands down best customer service representative!!

A hidden gem for women everywhere
Really affordable and comfortable way to get your birth control. You can do delivery or pharmacy pick up. Everytime ive communicated with them they have been friendly and respond quickly. Its just a really convenient website and it makes my life just that much easier. They offer a lot of products for womens health and articles as well so its kinda neat to look around. Ive had issues with delivery before but it was my insurances fault, and i wanted to say that they go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied if there is ever any problems.

Positive customer service encounter!
After a few email exchanges I was having some difficulty getting my last name successfully changed in my account. I decided to try the online chat feature to see if I could get a quicker response - May Ann offered excellent and very friendly customer service / support and promptly helped to fix the issue right away!
