I have no complaints!
Twentyeight Health has been my go-to for birth control for years now! I have no complaints whatsoever. They're all very prompt with their feedback and assistance whenever I have questions. My birth control is here on time 99% of the time. They make reactivating an account after pausing shipments super easy, which I did recently with help from a customer support person named Jay! She was wonderfully thorough in making sure I had everything I needed.

Highly recommended
I’ve been using this service for a while. I have not had any problems and always got my shipments in time. Anytime I’ve reached out to customer service, they get back to me quickly. This last time, Loelle, answered all of my questions. I strongly recommend using them for whatever you may need.

I used this service for two years and…
I used this service for two years and the only issue I had was on shipment timeline and that was fixed before it became a real issue. Canceling was really easy and I only did that for personal reasons. I recommend this service 100%.

Great service
Great service. They really make sure they get all knowledge about you before they put you on the best birth control for you. They keep in contact with you so your never left without knowing what’s going on. I recommend Twentyeighthealth to everyone

The care Team is extremely helpful.
Hello everyone.. I’ve been a member for over three years and I must say the service is amazing. I get my birth control without any issues. The Team care members especially JAY , is very knowledgeable on birth control topics . I’ve gotten my questions answered in a quick timely manner and I’ve never had any issues throughout my duration of receiving my birth control. I also love the perks of being a member !
