I have used The Wellness Company for prescriptions for myself as well as for my son fighting cancer. While I do believe the price for prescriptions is a bit steep, (especially when paying so much for cancer care already), the customer service has been outstanding! Also, the interactions with doctors during the required tele office visits have been very beneficial. Overall there’s a great peace of mind that comes with knowing that the compounded prescriptions are high quality and tailored to bioindividual need, and we’ve used them with great results so far

I ordered the Wellness Emergency health kit. The process was fast and easy. The medical information sheet was through and easy to complete. I received my order and reviewed the contents. Everything was included and the manual detailing what to use for any symptoms was easy to understand. I used the medicine for a recent UTI and was very pleased with the prescribed medicine. Very thankful I didn't have to go to an urgent care center because I had the medicine on hand to take care of the issue.

I reached out to The Wellness Company with a couple of questions regarding a product I had seen advertised. I gave some details about my health journey and why I was inquiring about a certain product. I received a prompt response from Alyssa in customer service. Her response contained encouragement on my health journey with positive comments about what I had achieved which made interaction very personal. She advised who I needed to address my specific questions to and provided a link to make reaching out very easy for me. Customer service representatives are the entryway to a company and if Alyssa is an example of the kind of company this is I look forward to seeing what products they have and how they could possibly benefit me.

Purchased a medication and was told physician would reach out for a physician consultation within 24-48 hours, and upon approval, the order would ship. No physician contacted me. After 48 hours I called customer service and was told I would be contacted the next day. I was not. The day after that I cancelled the order and was told that they would give me a refund minus $50 because this unknown physician took the time to "review the medical history submitted with the order" even though I was never contacted. I was offered no opportunity to appeal other than filing a dispute with my credit card company.

It takes Quite a while for your meds to come. So just keep that in mind when you order them. When thet come, its all great. Instruction book is very good and meds are also good!

Once we had our communications misinformation figured out, they took care of my problem right away

I have been a client for approximately three years and I decided to try the Recharge (Menthylene Blue) tablets. After four months of taking the product; I begin to have to have random muscle cramps throughout my body. I tried cancel the next shipment and missed the shipping date. One week after receiving the product I emailed the company; requesting a refund and received no response. I called on 03/05/2026 and was informed that they do not offer refunds. Their policy online does indeed state that "Sales of supplements and other physical products are final, and returns cannot be accepted. Refunds may be issued at the company's discretion and are subject to a $15 service fee. With that being said; I should have read the return policy before ever purchasing a product. Since it was causing an unpleasant result in my body, and I did not open the final bottle; they might take it back... No Dice!!! Beware before signing up for an auto ship plan; before you try the products.
