Dissatisfied with TWC Support
Have been a TWC customer from the start. So far great products and telehealth service. Very recently, however, there was an issue with a $300 peptide product sent that was about to expire. I immediately sent an email and image of the lot number and expiration date, and was sent another one with the SAME lot and exp date! After 2 weeks of email exchanges and a call, there is no fair resolve. I'm offered a $120 gift card to use on the site for the mistake made by TWC support, even when the rep said it's probably a "human error" on their part when I asked him who is responsible for letting the right person know to check the experation date, but that he can only "escalate" and wait for a response from the team. I have not accepted that offer so I am left with 2 bottles about to expire. HAS TWC JUST BECOME ANOTHER PHARMA OUTLET? I'm told that they don't even have customer reps in the US, only offshore. What they have are reputable Doctors that are either Christian or abide by the OG no-harm oath that are invested in TWC. But when customers are not treated right, especially when the onus is on the support team, what's gonna happen? Update: even with their reply about giving me further assistance, I have not received any yet.
