I’ve bought several items from The Wellness Company and have been extremely pleased with the entire process. Most products worked out great. I had a skin irritation from one but the matter was promptly resolved. Customer service has been excellent EVERY time!

I tried to cancel my order.. it was in processing and not shipped.. company said that they could not stop order and I could not get a refund..!! So.. order didn't leave.. in processing and they couldn't stop the order and NO REFUND??? Now.. what am I supposed to do with a product I do not need and am out a bunch of money?? Sorry.. buyer beware with this company..

I ordered the emergency kit. Yes it took about 5 weeks to get the kit, but when I emailed to check the order they promptly replied. I have since reordered a few of the items. That process was seamless and took about 2 weeks. Having the kit on hand at home and especially for travel has been worth far more than the cost. Customer service has been responsive and excellent.

WARNIING! I want to make others aware how this company keeps you hostage, Read their RETURN POLICY AND NEVER SUBCRIBE....I had to learn the hard way. I went with this company because is highly recommended by credible individuals who are on health industry that are trustworthy, however the customer service is out of the US and that is a HUGE red flag...problem, Language barrier to which all they do, is stick to what they are told to do. I cancel my subscription for up coming products in advanced, having email confirmation I was deny of having them hold the shipment to prevent from products going out, for what It should have NOT been generated. Now, regarding products working can not say that they work because I never felt any different, was a waste of my hard earn money.
