My experience with the customer service has been positive. They were quick to respond and helpful. My husband and I are using Regenerate. We both noticed a difference in the first couple of days. My shoulder and hips are already feeling less painful. My husband is not complaining about his hands and knee like he did before.

Christina, the customer service rep that I spoke with answered all my questions to the best of her ability …,She offered more programs that were available without being pushy… the products have been reliable. I was also offered discounts for future products. I would say I’ve had a very good experience as this was my second order.

The customer service was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I ordered the medical emergency kit a year ago as I travel overseas frequently, and it was very helpful. I called to replenish medication in the kit. It was easy and there is a call back from a medical provider.
