The carrying case upon arrival was…
The carrying case upon arrival was split open upon arrival, and I supplied photos of the areas where the case would not be held together under the zippered pouch provided by the supplier. The agent, Gina, states emails went out informing customers that there were not enough to fill the order, but rather then delaying the shipment, they were shipped in smaller, obviously lesser quality cases. When reviewing the website and their products, the case I purchased should have came with a handle. I pointed this addition out, and nothing was mentioned. The following week I reached out again, and the customer service representative stated nothing had been placed in que for replacement of the case, but the agent would take care of it. I then received a Tracking Number for the new case. When the case arrived, it did, if fact, not contain a handle. I texted back to the customer service representative and requested a pre-paid return shipping label so that I can get a refund for this quite expensive purchase. I received a reply back stating that once medications have been dispensed, there are no refunds, and their website clearly explains that images are for demonstration purposes only; you should NOT expect to receive what the image in their selling image is what you will receive, yet they could have elected to use an image WITHOUT a handle, period. WHAT’s the big problem? As an individual that only has one functional arm, a small convenience like a handle is the difference between being able to carry YOUR EMERGENCY KIT with you, or waiting for a fully able bodied individual to rescue you and provide the necessary assistance your (quite expensive “emergency” rescue kit) should afford you.) AT THE VERY MINIMUM, IT SHOULD CLEARLY STATE THESE KITS ARE DESIGNED FOR FULLY FUNCTIONAL INDIVIDUALS, none requiring very simplistic aides like handles, to gain entry into, or a means of carrying your “EMERGENCY” kit with you. This is a case of a lawsuit waiting to happen, and it may just begin here with me! So, no thank you Wellness Company, your hurried ambition to market yourself as a means of supplying emergency kits to everyone without a disability, has exposed your weakness and apathy, except to the god you pursue, Money, has blinded you to one of your own solicitation stock images. In case you missed it, I only have full use of one had, and a handle on your case, as you demonstrate in your photos, means the difference between me selling myself, and me needing to be “rescued.” Thanks for your in-depth researching, caring, and willingness to correct this for me, rather than blowing me off, telling me, “no refunds”. . .even though we hid from our target audience that you must be fully and completely functional, without any physical impairments! Wellness my ass. If you were so focused on wellness, where’s your concern about the creation of Superbugs and misuse of antibiotics? You’re a joke. We will be in touch. See you in court.
