The customer service provided by Jolo and Justine was exceptional. I encountered an issue during my medical form, this company is committed to responding and following through with their customer's concerns. Jolo and Justine were both kind and knowledgeable. They didn't stop until the problem was solved. They walked me through the whole process to determine where the problem was. Good old fashioned customer service provided by these young people leaves me with hope for the future of humanity.
