Very Happy with the quality and variety of wellness products.

Drop is an overpriced and ineffective supplement. I experienced extreme bloating which is a known side effect and it increased not decreased my appetite. Total waste of money and discomfort! Extremely disappointing as I am a fan of their other products. Customer Service is one of the worst in my experience!

I have a monthly subscription plan and unable to use the telehealth component after multiple calls and emails. Then they had me on a subscription to pay for vitamins when I get them free per subscription each month. I cancelled this. They ignored the cancellation. They sent an email that they were shipping the product. I called several times with numerous emails saying this is incorrect. They still billed me 170 dollars. When I finally got through to someone on the phone she said sorry, there is nothing she can do and offered a 10% off coupon. This is a sham.

The TWC has great products. The Recharge product has given me great clarity and energy. The only problem I have Is with Amazon Logistics out of Abbeville, La. not being able to find my home to deliver my next bottle of Recharge.

Terrible experience!!! They have had my money since October .It is now December and I have not received ANYTHING except a lot of mumbo jumbo!! I want a refund but afraid I’ll never get my $324. Do not order anything from this company 😡😡😡😡

I love TWC products, but their customer service is terrible. I have had several issues with them, but I'll relate the most recent. I ordered an item and added a subscription with automatic delivery. Instead of giving me the heads up, even 24 hours prior to shipping, to decide if I needed or wanted the product on that schedule, they produced a shipping label around midnight. A few minutes after producing the label, they sent an email indicating that I could "Manage My Subscription". Of course, being in the middle of the night, I could not respond until the later that day. I did change the date of the shipment (why would the system allow me to change it if they had already produced a shipping label?) and then decided to just cancel the subscription altogether. I thought I was all set, but was surprised to receive the shipment. And as you would guess, TWC would not refund my money and I'm stuck with extra product I didn't want. I would NOT recommend anyone do business with this company. Yes they have some good products (hence, the two stars), but I have been able to find other reputable companies with lower or similar prices that have excellent customer service policies. Buy from TWC at your own risk.

I haven’t gotten my product yet, but technical support handled my issues quickly and effectively. That is what my 5star review is about.

I ordered the Medical Emergency Kit and received a significant discount that was being offered as a Promo. I received immediate confirmation after filing out the necessary form. I was contacted by TWC provider twice, but was unavailable. I returned the call and made the request for a call back, which came within a few minutes to complete the necessary information. The Charm portal was easy to set up and now I can verify my order and communication. Very well pleased with TWC and what they have made available to me.
