I can not get into my acct. I have 2 accounts and you you have my $. I have tried to speak to a human. No luck. Your customer service is nonexistent. I have 30,000 followers in the active I dusty. I will voice my opinion.to them.

Improve Customer Service Speed and Hire Support Reps
Biggest concern would be slow customer service response: email waits average 12+ hours. The chat is OK if you get the right person. Not friendly to older customers who prefer a live human to talk to. Suggest establishing a FanDuel sports betting account first as it seemed to make with deposits and withdrawals go a little faster.

Withdrawal of your money
I played the horse racing on June 8th of 2024 and the company/website will not let me withdraw my money I deposited in to make my winnings...they indicate it takes 5 business days before it clears their bank..which is a bunch of lies...it came out of my account June 8th. VERY BAD BUSINESS COMPANY!!!
