The website is extremely slow. Not my computer or my network as I have 100mg. Once you click on the website it takes almost 45 seconds to load. 2 other issues are the wager pad which I have sent a message about and got a response of no we will not be adjusting or changing the wager pad experience. The wager pad is so slow after it pulls up there is a lag. This lag has cost $$$ due to the desire to bet at post time vs of ahead of time for odds changes and other reasons. The format to pull up tracks is bad. Trying to find a track is a poor experience if you need it immediately and it is not on the list to the left you have to hunt around to find the proper track. On the plus side they have good handicapping options for assisting in choice. The money back guarantee for certain races seems standard now with XpressBet and Tvg and others.

I noticed most negative reviews blame Fanduel for ruining tvg. This may or may not be the case. Regardless, there is obviously a major problem with customer service. I love tvg and I never had any issues other than simple things like log in issues or location problems so these were fixed super easy. I saw their true colors when I had a question about my balance that I couldn't seem to get resolved. My chats with them would end abruptly with the agent getting annoyed when I expected more from them then a brush off. They would say case closed and close chat box. I received my answer by email, but it didn't even answer my question. I asked for more detail to help me understand. So they insulted my intelligence some more by sending me the exact answer again, word for word. I think the worst part of it is they are always eager to have feedback. We have all heard it, "Fanduel needs your feedback." Or " Are you enjoying tvg?" Well I finally agreed to give my opinion and when I tried to, about two sentences in, a message pops up and says my feedback is too long. Well, don't ask if you don't want to know. I should mention they have two great agents, the others should learn from. I give Dominique and Cassie an A plus, but you can not choose which one to speak with. So good luck!

Once again, on a big race day you get shut out because the system can't handle it. I've had this experience with the Derby and today's (2023) Breeders Cup, My advice - go elsewhere. I am.

I made several wagers on the 2014 Kentucky derby. I hit the exacta, trifecta, superfecta and exact 5. I calculated that I won over 200k. I was excited to check into my total on my TVG account and nothing registered. I called and they said that I didn’t make the bets which is absolutely incorrect. I know for sure I made the bets. Has anyone ever had any issues with TVG not paying out a big payoff.

I’ve been betting with tvg for years and I’ve lost plenty during periods of time. Never complained or ever heard from tvg. Three days ago I finally hit big now there’s a problem with my gambling habits and now under investigation or review. Won 5200 withdrew 4500 and now they have a concern. Please. I’m waiting on their review as I was told it would be settled by Thursday let’s see how they handle this.
