Terrible customer service. You have ruined tvg!

The bar/cafe person is very rude on Train 903 today. He was not willing to answer my simple question about the filling in a sandwich. Instead he said “what does it look like?” In a harsh tone. I left without buying anything. It was not a good experience and I shall not be using this service again. Being polite is very easy!!

The website is extremely slow. Not my computer or my network as I have 100mg. Once you click on the website it takes almost 45 seconds to load. 2 other issues are the wager pad which I have sent a message about and got a response of no we will not be adjusting or changing the wager pad experience. The wager pad is so slow after it pulls up there is a lag. This lag has cost $$$ due to the desire to bet at post time vs of ahead of time for odds changes and other reasons. The format to pull up tracks is bad. Trying to find a track is a poor experience if you need it immediately and it is not on the list to the left you have to hunt around to find the proper track. On the plus side they have good handicapping options for assisting in choice. The money back guarantee for certain races seems standard now with XpressBet and Tvg and others.

Where did the V75, V64,V4 and so on... Swedish Harness racing bets are all gone, only left with exactas and trifectas!?!?!

I have to because no options because Al ready pay half Now I get to know from another person I have to pay every visa qota free for each visa on the renewal of license And no one inform me I just check and then they confirm Don’t trust TVG They are big scammers

TVG is horrible on big race days, the technical failures are awful. The only thing that works immediately is that they can function quickly for a deposit - figures. Go to a competitor, todays delays and failures are simply AWFUL!!

All the responses I've read from TVG management are lies. They have no customer service, the chat's bots are awful , a bunch of drunk people just bombarding you with useless links. Tomorrow I'm going to report them to better business bureau and FTC. Believe the bad reviews and not the positive reviews being written by employee's at TVG. Final note, go with Twin Spires, and Draft Kings - reliable , professional and you can speak to a representative over the phone. TVG is trash !!!!!!
