TVG used to be very customer friendly until Fanduel took it over. If I have a problem, I could call them and talk to someone and my issue would be solved while I was still on the phone. With Fanduel operating the site, all you get is automated noncustomer friendly responses, and the responses always have nothing to do with my problem. In addition, they dip into your winnings and TVG did not. The site has definitely plummeted.

This is the worst gambling website in history. On Kentucky Derby day, arguably the most active day for horse racing betting, the app was malfunctioning for hours…it showed my account balance as $0 even though I had $200+ in the account, it wasn’t showed bets on races that didn’t take place so I couldn’t make any changes before the race, it was showing races that hadn’t gone off as still available to bet on, etc. What an embarrassment. I’d suggest using DraftKings in the future. I’ve never had an experience like that one on their app. They just seem more buttoned up than FD. This is the second consecutive year where I’ve had this experience. Awful.

I had a zero balance. Just won the 7th race in KD day 2026 for $ 120. Still nothing after 20 minutes, now the site says it's down. Every time they do this, this needs to be a mega lawsuit because these people are playing with our money. I can't bet on the next race although I know I have $ 120 in the account. However wehen you mlose, they are perfect and quick to take the money. This site has become a scam and a lawsuit against fanduel is in the work. Enough is enough
