I received the lapel blue tuxedo in time for the event. The quality is good. The color was wrong. But not the fault of the Tuxedoaction. I had major surgery and time got away from me, I tried to return tuxedo but the system wouldn’t allow the return, but customer service states they will work on helping with the return. Customer service has been on top of responding to my emails. Pleasant communication. The tuxedo is adorable and of good quality. My grandson is disappointed that he couldn’t wear this adorable tuxedo.

Wonderful customer service. The suits are nice quality. Be sure to check the sizing thoroughly, as the suit that I ordered was two whole sizes larger than me!

We worked with Amy on a return due to not having the right size and she was wonderful about directing us to the right channels to fulfill our needs. I ordered a suit for my son and based upon several other reviews that I read, I ordered a size down from what my son's measurements were, however, when the suit came it was much too small. I contacted their customer service and I was able to receive a refund of the price less shipping costs. I was pleased since technically they did not have to refund the purchase due to their policy. I would order from this website again in the future.
